Boston Red Sox still best in MLB

It has been an amazing baseball season and congratulations to the Boston Red Sox for winning their fourth World Series title in recent memory.
As of the present day, they are obviously the front-runners to repeat next season. However, no team has won back-to-back championships since New York won three in a row from 1998-2000. Free agency has made it very difficult to do just that.
Looking ahead to next year, I feel the NL East is still going to be between Atlanta and Washington. The NL Central will once again see their top-three teams all vie for the Division. Milwaukee, Chicago, and St. Louis are clearly a cut above the rest of the pack. But I think we will see the Brewers do what the Cubs have done over the last few years, and be the team to beat here.
The NL West is going to be a dogfight again but Los Angeles is the cream of that crop.
The American League is where I see the best overall teams in baseball. The East is between Boston and New York. The Central is owned by Cleveland. And the West is all Houston, but I see Oakland as a dark horse in next season's Wild Card race.
The Yankees are just one solid starting pitcher away from dethroning the Red Sox. As we know, New York loves to make off-season moves. But, as of today, Boston is still the best team in baseball.
