Bucs miracle TD makes the over to close 2015 in style

Dec 29, 2015 3:00 AM

Thanks to a miraculous Buccaneers touchdown, we hit the 4-2 mark last week. Things have warmed up as we approach 2016.

I will truly miss football as that is the best “over” sport there is, but rest assured I will work really hard on my baseball to try and find some angles for the diamond.

I hope everyone out there had a great holiday and may everyone have a great New Year.

Special congrats go out to Twitter user @BradtheBeliever who took down the @GamingTodayNews #Fantasy5 Twitter contest pocketing a cool $500. Well done, sir. Be on the lookout for our next contest.

Last Week: 4-2

Season: 23-23-1

Blackhawks-Coyotes OVER 5.5: Chicago has lost its scoring touch the past two games but a road trip to Arizona could be the right medicine. The Coyotes meanwhile tend to score goals at home with 16 goals in the last five games.

NOVA HOME LOANS ARIZONA BOWL – Nevada-Colorado State OVER 56: This one I went to change my mind, but then I remembered an old sportsbook 101 rule. When you walk into a sportsbook don’t change your mind. Always bet what you intended to bet on, you’ll win more than you lose. So let’s call this the gut feeling game.

NATIONAL FUNDING HOLIDAY BOWL – USC-Wisconsin OVER 49.5: The Trojans want to throw the ball but to counter that the Badgers are a defensive team. In Wisconsin’s last two losses to Iowa and Northwestern, the teams combined for less than 21 points in both games! However Maryland, Alabama, Minnesota, Nebraska all found a way to get to 21 by themselves against Wisky. USC might not be the right side but they should score enough to push this total over.

ORANGE BOWL – SEMIFINAL: Oklahoma-Clemson OVER 64: I feel good about this one as I expect both offenses to put on a show in the best bowl game of the year.

ROSE BOWL – Iowa-Stanford OVER 53: I believe the Hawkeyes will put together the offense we saw in the middle part of the year, giving the Cardinal all they can handle.

ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE – Manchester City-Leicester City OVER 3: Two of the top teams battle it out trying to keep pace with Arsenal. Look for the ball to fly around the pitch in a highly entertaining battle.
