Titans might come up short against the Steel Curtain

This week’s Thursday night matchup puts the Steelers against the Titans and the Steelers are currently favored by 7 points with the Over/Under at 44.

While I am not a fan of going UNDER, for all the wrong reasons, I think I will stay away from the total this week, and focus more on Marcus Mariota and the Titans. The game is in Pittsburgh and the home fans might be a strong advantage for the Steelers, whose defense is ranked second in the NFL against the pass, and 11th versus the run.

It might not mean much when both teams are coming off a short week and although players might feel okay, playing the game after short rest can take its toll.

I’m a bit uncertain about both teams because of the short week, being banged up. My prediction is it’s going to be a relatively low scoring first half, and end somewhere around 28-17, with the Steelers on top with Ben playing to his full potential and a cover.
