Now the NFL draft is complete its time to focus on Super Bowl

Now that the NFL draft is complete and rookie camps are in full swing, it's time to start focusing on Super Bowl futures.
Since it's awfully difficult to pick a winner out of 32 teams (last year's Eagles at 50-1 are an example), it's nice to be able to at least eliminate a couple of teams before narrowing down the field.
If the NFL's Hall of Fame Game curse carries over to 2018, the Chicago Bears (60-1) and Baltimore Ravens (50-1) can be discounted this year.
Since the inaugural Hall of Fame game in 1962 between the NY Giants and St. Louis Cardinals, none of the 106 teams that participated in the Classic has gone on to win that season's championship.
Make that 108 teams, if you count the game scheduled in 2016 between Green Bay and Indianapolis that was canceled because of shoddy field conditions. There also was no game in 1966 because of scheduling difficulties,.and the one in 2011 was a victim of labor unrest.
Thus, the benefits of getting to camp early and playing an extra summer practice game apparently are overblown.
This will be the Ravens' first appearance in the summer Classic, which is scheduled for Aug. 2 in Canton, Ohio. The Bears, meanwhile, have played in four dating to 1968 and won them all.
