Named “Las Vegas Headliner of the Year,” South Point Showroom welcomes Frankie Moreno to the stage. At just the age of 10 years old, Moreno made his debut on CBS “Star Search.” Singer, showman, songwriter and musician, Moreno will entertain the audience with his highly contagious music and playful stage antics.

Mrs./Ms. Earth Pageant Preliminary Round

The South Point Showroom welcomes the Mrs./Ms. Earth Pageant preliminary round on Saturday, June 9. Guests are invited to be dazzled by the most beautiful delegates both inside and out from around the world as they compete for the title of Mrs. and Ms. Earth.

The Mrs./Ms. Earth Pageant returns to the South Point Showroom to award the title of Mrs. and Ms. Earth. The empowered women will be selected through participation in various press conferences, appearances and charity involvement. The two lucky women exemplifying the extraordinary qualities of earth’s many married and single women will be crowned Mrs. and Ms. Earth. Those crowned will enjoy walking away with thousands of dollars in cash and prizes.

Christopher Titus

This event is for guests 18 years and older.

Christopher Titus hosts a night of standup comedy in the South Point Showroom and will have audiences rolling with laughter with his hilariously dark jokes. Titus has gained international fame after being named “TV’s most original comic voice since Seinfeld,” by Newsday. Guests will hear jokes that mostly stem from his own personal life, including dealings with his dysfunctional family and more. 

Miss Teen and Mrs. Continents Preliminary Pageant 2018

Wednesday, June 20

1 pm; Doors at 12

Tickets are on sale and start at $40.

The Miss Teen and Mrs. Continents Pageant takes over the South Point Showroom for its preliminary rounds Wednesday, June 20. During the round, contestants will be selected to advance to the finals to potentially be crowned Miss Teen and Mrs. Continents.

Friday, June 22

The only pageant that gives U.S. competitors the opportunity to share the stage with international contestants, the Miss Teen and Mrs. Continents Finals Pageant returns to the South Point Showroom Friday, June 22. The contestants will compete in four categories; evening gown, swimsuit and the interview with international contestants also having an international costume competition. Judges will crown the winner who exudes self-confidence and has a dynamic background with leadership and community service.

John Mueller’s Winter Dance Party

The Winter Dance Party returns to the South Point Showroom to pay tribute to the final tour of Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens and the Big Bopper, hosted by John Mueller Friday, June 22 through Sunday, June 24. The No. 1 tribute show re-creates the iconic legends' final tour during a high-energy, two-hourlong live performance. Fans can sing and dance to the trio's iconic hit songs of the 1950s, including “That'll Be the Day,” “Donna,” “La Bamba,” “Chantilly Lace” and “Crazy Blues.”

Norm Macdonald

Former NBC “Saturday Night Live” star, Norm Macdonald, returns to the South Point Showroom stage for an evening of hilarious standup marked by his unmistakable comedy style. Besides standup comedy acts, Macdonald is best known for popular roles on ABC’s “Roseanne,” ABC’s “The Drew Carey Show” and NBC’s “NewsRadio.” 

American Trilogy

The South Point Showroom welcomes American Trilogy to the stage where they will showcase an incredible tribute to three music legends: Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley and Neil Diamond. Trilogy will perform a show filled with the three legends' biggest hits as well as a patriotic finale.

Entertainment industry veteran Joey Diaz will take over the South Point Showroom, showcasing his hilarious, raw comedy style. Diaz is best known for his guest role in the show "Law and Order" and in Hollywood blockbusters such as “Spider Man 2,” “Taxi” and “The Longest Yard.”

Touring comedian Dat Phan returns to South Point Showroom to entertain audiences with a night of raucous jokes that will leave guests crying from laughter. Phan's career exploded after he won the first season of NBC's "Last Comic Standing” and now performs standup routines on stages across the country while breaking into the acting world.

Mrs. Vietnam World Pageant

Sunday, Aug. 5

The Mrs. Vietnam World Pageant returns to the South Point Showroom to crown Mrs. Vietnam. The pageant focuses on community service and is open to all married Vietnamese women around the world.  Additionally, guests can expect to enjoy the music of James Brown featuring Down Around Brown Town and a performance from the talented R.A.G.E dancers. The winner of the pageant will represent Vietnam is the Mrs. World Beauty Pageant in Sanya, China this December.

The Four Freshmen

Las Vegas natives, The Four Freshman, will take over the South Point Showroom and keep audiences singing and dancing all weekend long. The Four Freshmen formed in 1948 and have been touring worldwide ever since, with each member bringing remarkable vocal abilities and instruments such as drums, the trumpet, guitar and bass that make up their trademark vocal jazz harmony sounds.

Music legend Tony Orlando once again takes over the South Point Showroom stage for an evening of great entertainment. The five-time Grammy nominated American rock band Ambrosia will take over the South Point Showroom from Friday, August 31 through Sunday, Sept. 2. Ambrosia is world renown for hits like “How Much I Feel,” “You’re the Only Woman,” and many more. Audiences can expect to be blown away by the accomplished musicians and dance the night away to their unique, chart topping rock style.

Crystal Gayle

Crystal Gayle brings her award-winning, blended country and pop sounds to the South Point Showroom. Dennis DeYoung: The Music of Styx

As the founding member of the rock group Styx, Dennis DeYoung has entertained fans for over five decades and will bring the band’s celebrated music to life to the South Point Showroom. Now touring with a new rock band dedicated to the legacy of Styx, DeYoung will perform hits such as “Lady,” “Come Sail Away,” “Best of Times,” “Mr. Roboto,” “Show Me The Way,” “Babe” and more.

The Lettermen

KWCUSA National Finals 2018

Monday, Aug. 20 – Wednesday, Aug. 22

The Karaoke World Championship U.S.A. takes over the Grandview Lounge for three days of the top performances from aspiring singers from across the United States. Guests can expect to enjoy the top 100 finalists from across the country compete for the positions of the top male, female and duet karaoke performers in the U.S. Finalists named at KWCUSA National Finals will continue on to represent the U.S.A. in the KWC World Event held in Malaga, Spain later this year.

Wes Winters – Friday and Saturday Throughout June and July
Wes Winters takes over the Grandview Lounge and will dazzle audiences with his exceptional piano playing and vocal abilities on Friday and Saturday nights in June and July from 6 to 9 p.m. Winters will treat guests to a night of smooth, lounge style jazz, allowing audiences to unwind one moment and sing along the next. This event is free and open to the public.

“Dirty at 12:30” with Gabe Lopez – Friday Nights Throughout June and July

Gabe Lopez and the South Point present “The Dirty at 12:30” inside the South Point Grandview Lounge every Friday night throughout June and July from 12:30 a.m. to 2 a.m. This show is not for guests that are easily offended and cannot handle dirty raw comedy. Special guests who have appeared on the “Dirty” stage include Ralphie May, Joey Diaz, Joe Rogan, Carlos Mencia and many more. This show is free and open to guests 21 or older with a valid form of ID. 

NIGHTLIFE

Gregg Austin’s M Town – Tuesday Nights Throughout June and July

The sound of Motown invades the South Point Showroom every Tuesday throughout June and July from 8 to 11 p.m. Guests will experience an evening hosted by Gregg Austin while enjoying the everlasting sounds that dramatically altered the world of music. General admission tickets are available for $10 at the front door and include one complimentary drink. Reserved seating will also be available for $15 and includes two complimentary drinks with purchase.

Déjà Vu – Wednesday Nights Throughout June and July

The South Point Showroom hosts Déjà Vu every Wednesday throughout June and July from 6 to 9 p.m. Guests will experience an evening of pure excitement as they dance through the decades. All guests must be 21 or older with a valid form of ID and present a South Point Slot Club Card. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. General admission tickets are available for $5 at the front door and includes a complimentary drink. Reserved seating is also available for $10 and includes two complimentary drinks. 

Dennis Bono Show – Thursday Afternoons Throughout June and July

South Point’s Dennis Bono Show offers guests a wide variety of amusement in the South Point Showroom every Thursday throughout June and July. Featuring appearances with established celebrities from the world of entertainment, Bono’s interaction with his guests creates a one-of-a-kind performance. Doors open at 1 p.m. This show is free and open to the public.

SPAZMATICS – Saturday Nights Throughout June and July

The SPAZMATICS will party away to the best of the 1980s in the South Point Showroom every Saturday night throughout June and July. Tickets are available for $5 or guests can purchase a “SPAZMATICS Party Package” for $10 including one ticket, one drink and reserved seating. Doors open at 10 p.m. General admission tickets are available to purchase for $5 as well as VIP tickets. All guests must be 21 or older with a valid form of ID.
