Rise & Shine celebrates its first anniversary

Locally owned and operated Rise & Shine: A Steak & Egg Place is celebrating the first anniversary of its Flamingo location with a month-long menu offering. Voted and recognized as a Las Vegas favorite for breakfast, guests are invited to experience the restaurant's signature breakfast dishes in honor of the one-year-in celebration.

Rise & Shine will be serving up five of its signature favorites from the past year including omelettes (made with hash brown potatoes and a choice of toast, biscuit, or a pot of bread); pancakes (served with whipped butter and a choice of sliced fruit, topped with maple syrup); the ultimate steak and eggs breakfast (made with a ribeye steak, two eggs any-style and hash browns); chilaquiles (prepared with ranchero chips, refried beans, a variety of cheeses, eggs, sour cream, fresh avocado and salsa); and the chicken and waffles (crafted with a giant buttermilk battered chicken breast over a Belgian waffle garnished with maple syrup).

"The Las Vegas community has been great to us since the opening of our Southern Highlands location, and most recently our Flamingo location," said Jennifer Frederick, owner and general manager of Rise & Shine. "Establishing our second location has been a great experience serving both the Spring Valley and West Summerlin neighborhoods, and we look forward to continuing to reach the community with our delicious breakfast and lunch menu, along with impeccable service and value."

The special one-year anniversary menu will be available Wednesday, June 15 through Friday, July 15. Breakfast and lunch are served daily between 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.
