The award-winning Edge Steakhouse celebrates its first anniversary at Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino with special, multi-course tasting menus and an exclusive dinner with Chef de Cuisine Steve Young. Showcasing an innovative, modern twist on the traditional steakhouse, Edge Steakhouse’s multi-course anniversary celebration will begin Thursday, July 28.
Available for $125 per person, the exclusive anniversary Chef Dinner will be held Thursday, July 28 from 6 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. The evening will include a mouthwatering Five-Course Tasting Menu and wine pairing, as well as the opportunity to dine and discuss the menu with Edge Steakhouse Executive Chef Steve Young. Hamachi Crudo with lemon vinaigrette, chives, Espelette pepper and caviar
Crab and Avocado Salad with Fresno chili, apple and green goddess dressing, Pepper Crusted Beef Carpaccio with parmesan, caper, cornichon and watercress or Porcini Mushroom Soup with black truffle, goat cheese and chives
Sea Scallops with creamed corn, jalapeno, chorizo and piquillo pepper emulsion or Skuna Bay Salmon with artichokes, asparagus, puffed quinoa and lemon vinaigrette
Snake River Farms Rib Cap with chanterelle mushrooms, torpedo onions, potato puree and bordelaise or Colorado Lamb with roasted rib chop and loin, thumbelina carrots, couscous and preserved lemon
Valrhona Chocolate Mousse with banana crème brûlée and caramel cream
In addition, Edge Steakhouse is also offering a special Three-Course Anniversary Menu from Thursday, July 28 to Saturday, July 30. Available for $85 per person, the menu includes:
Silk Road Spicy Shrimp with spicy cream sauce and sweet chili glaze, Pepper Crusted Beef Carpaccio with parmesan, caper, cornichon and watercress, English Pea Ravioli with prosciutto, truffle butter and parmesan broth or Baby Gem Lettuce with buffalo mozzarella, flatbread chips, cucumber, avocado and lemon vinaigrette
Beef wellington with a loaded baked potato, glazed vegetables and bordelaise, Sea Scallops with creamed corn, jalapeno, chorizo and piquillo pepper emulsion, Skuna Bay Salmon with artichokes, asparagus, puffed quinoa and lemon vinaigrette or Lemon and Herb Roasted Chicken with Cipollini onion, garlic potato and natural jus
