Green Valley and Red Rock Resort show culinary updates in September

Green Valley Ranch Resort and Red Rock Resort offer its guests dozens of restaurant choices throughout its family of casinos. Below are special dining options available to its guests during September:

Green Valley Ranch

Borracha Mexican Cantina

With a nod toward the famed Day of the Dead, Borracha offers Mexican-inspired dishes and features a drink menu with an abundance of cervezas, tequila and specialty cocktails.

Happy Hour- Monday-Friday from 4p.m.-6p.m. with $6 food and drink specials including chicken tacos (pickled onions and jalapenos, jalapeno cheese, arbol salsa), beef empanada (cinnamon, soffritto roasted tomato sauce), two street tacos (achote chicken or carne asada steak), house margarita, draft beers and well cocktails.

Tacos & Tequila Tuesday- $24 all-you-can-eat and drink tacos and tequila, all evening.

Football- Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Saturday, with $8 draft pitchers and $25 beer buckets.

Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca

Bottiglia offers sophisticated rustic Italian fare, cuisine that is approachable, friendly and savory, as well as a wine list that is robust and unique, giving guests an array of choices of vino from Napa/Sonoma, Italy, France and all around the world.

Happy Hour- Monday-Friday from 5p.m.-7p.m. featuring $6 food and drink specials.

Sunday Brunch- 11a.m.-3:30p.m. with menu highlights including cinnamon bread pudding (toasted hazelnuts, raisins, salted caramel), prosciutto eggs benedict (poached eggs, English muffin, hollandaise), burrata and tomato caprese (marinated heirloom tomatoes, torn burrata, pistachios, aged balsamic), lobster fra'diavolo (spicy cherry pepper, lobster cream sauce), wood roasted NY sirloin (crispy rosemary potatoes, cherry peppers), oysters on the half shell and specialty cocktails.

Senior Appreciation Sundays- buy one, get one complimentary entrees from 5p.m-7p.m.

Vine & Dine Thursdays- half price bottles of wine all evening (applicable to wines priced $100 and below).

Live Music Fridays- starting at 7p.m.

Feast Buffet

In addition to the daily culinary delights from around the globe, guests can enjoy specialty nights at Feast Buffet on select evenings from 4p.m.-9p.m. Guests are encouraged to sign up for a Station Casinos' Boarding Pass, for discount pricing.

Thursday Night BBQ- featuring slow smoked BBQ ribs, beef brisket, pork butt, pulled pork, hot links, burnt brisket ends, BBQ turkey, BBQ chicken, baked beans, corn on the cobb and jalapeno cornbread. Priced at $19.99, with boarding pass.

Friday Night Seafood Buffet- serving crab legs, shrimp and more ocean delights. Priced at $27.99, with boarding pass.

Saturday Night Prime Rib & Shrimp- hand-carved and slow roasted prime rib paired with all succulent peel and eat shrimp. Priced at $17.99, with boarding pass.

A daily Mongolian station features an array of shaved meats and vegetables cooked made-to-order Mongolian style in the show kitchen. Guests can create their own selections, in addition to suggested combinations. Options include pork, chicken and beef, with Korean ribs and shrimp offered at dinner. 23 different vegetables are also available to choose from, for all-vegetarian dishes, as well as burger selections with a topping bar showcasing 14 items for burger lovers.

Hank's Fine Steaks & Martinis

Hank's serves up one of the finest steakhouse and dining experiences in the greater Las Vegas area, with a modern interpretation of classic mid-century décor that embodies elegance and romance of a vintage night out on the town.The menu features the finest quality of meats, a selection of pristine seafood, creative sides and decadent desserts, with an equally impressive wine and cocktail list.

Happy Hour- Offered daily from 4p.m.-7p.m., over 100 martinis are priced 50% off. A selection of gourmet appetizers starting at $10 include oysters Rockefeller (spinach, boursin, pancetta, crispy fried oyster, BBQ mignonette), lobster claw fritters (bacon jam, Sriracha aioli), lamb lollipop chops (minted chermoula, tomato chile compote) and Alaskan King crab cocktail (shaved fennel, herb salad, Dijon sauce, tobiko).

Wine Dinner- Hank's invites guests to experience a special evening of food and wine featuring the celebrated wines of Joseph Phelps on Sept. 29 at 6:30p.m. This menu is priced at $125 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) and will include the following pairings:

Green Valley Ranch recently unveiled a new lobby in mid-August that includes the following beverage experiences:

Perk's- open daily from 6a.m.-4p.m., guests can enjoy Starbucks specialty coffees prepared by baristas as well as house-made pastries, cupcakes and sweet treats.

Lobby Bar- the new lobby bar showcases handcrafted cocktails and a diverse selection of beer, wine and fine spirits. Guests can relax and enjoy indoor and outdoor seating overlooking luscious gardens and the backyard pool area. Pizza Rock

Pizza Rock by 12-time World Pizza Champion Tony Gemignani serves lunch and dinner daily in the heart of Station Casinos' popular Henderson resort. The restaurant offers classic Italian entrees, pasta and 11 styles of Gemignani's award-winning gourmet pizzas, coupled with an innovative beverage program. 

Mom Mondays- Mom's receive a complimentary entrée when accompanied by a family member purchasing an entrée at regular price.

Trivia Tuesdays- hosted by Geeks Who Drink every Tuesday from 7p.m.-9p.m., prizes include Pizza Rock gift cards and complimentary beers.

Wino Wednesdays- half off all bottles and glasses of wine.

Football- Pizza Rock is kicking off football season on Sundays by opening up early at 10a.m.for guests to enjoy NFL Sunday ticket.

Turf Grill

Located adjacent to The Sports Book, Turf Grill is kicking off football season with a special value combo priced at $5.99 featuring a cheeseburger, fries and drink.  Other game day favorites are available all season long, such as loaded nachos, chili cheese fries, chicken wings and a variety of quarter pound and foot-long hot dogs (Chicago Dog, BLT Dog, Guadalajara Dog, Jalapeno Dog, Chili Dog and Plain Jane).
