Tom's Urban inside New York-New York Hotel & Casino is gearing up for the fall season with new menu additions. Featuring a variety of new items from breakfast to brunch, small plates to cocktails, this restaurant and bar is the ultimate spot to eat, meet and drink any time the moment strikes this upcoming season.

Guests are invited to start the day off with breakfast and brunch options that are sure to please, available daily from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Highlights include a crispy chicken & cornbread pancake (a sweet cornbread pancake topped with XL batter fried spicy boneless crispy chicken and salted caramel butter, served with a side of maple syrup); urban skillets including choice of Nashville kickin' chicken, bacon two ways, or the ballpark breakfast (all served with breakfast favorites and cheddar polenta grits); and huevos benedicto (pork carnitas topped with roasted poblano peppers, jack and cheddar cheese, poached eggs and green chile hollandaise sauce), to name a few, all perfect with bottomless mimosas, available until 1 p.m.

Available daily, guests can enjoy small plates, urban street tacos, pizzas, entrees and more. New savory dishes include the Vietnamese favorite, Banh Mi with choice of pork belly lettuce cup, burger, or pork belly street taco (all served with a chile lime Asian slaw, sliced cucumbers, picked onions, sliced jalapenos, fresh cilantro and chile mayo); personal pizzas such as pig in the garden (house made tomato sauce topped with pepperoni, smoked ham & bacon, red bell peppers, red onion, herb-roasted mushrooms and asadero cheese) or tastes like cheesesteak on a pizza (white pizza, topped with sliced prime rib, cheddar, romano, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, roasted mushrooms and red pepper); and the return of Tom's signature low country shrimp & grits (jumbo grilled shrimp topped with Cajun spices and served on creamy cheddar polenta grits); and much more.

To complement the new menu items, guests can imbibe with fall-inspired cocktails such as the Blackbeard (Captain Morgan spiced rum and house-made blackberry ginger ale with fresh blackberries); Beergria (Blue Moon and Angry Orchard mixed with agave nectar and Angostura bitters); or indulge in Tom's Booze Cruise, a cocktail flight featuring four tastings of signature concoctions such as the Mule Kick, Urban Marg, Jerry's Mai Tai, or Mojo-jito.
