Cornerstone, a new steakhouse concept, is now open at Gold Coast, as Boyd Gaming continues to offer new dining options at many of it Las Vegas-area properties.
Open daily for social hour from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. in the bar; the dining room opens for dinner daily at 5 p.m.
Mark LaVoie, Vice President of Food and Beverage for Boyd Gaming, said "Cornerstone is inspired by what is well-loved about classic American steakhouses: savory food, an expansive selection of drinks, and a comfortable place to enjoy a meal and great company."
Long a favorite of Las Vegas locals, the Gold Coast joins Sam’s Town on Boulder Highway as Boyd properties with several new upgraded dining options.
Sam’s Town opened The Angry Butcher Steakhouse in mid August
The bar at Cornerstone features an eclectic mix of stylish seating options and a comfortable environment in which to study the steakhouse’s signature "liquor library."
The “liquor library” has more than 60 types of whiskey from around the world. A varied selection of whiskey flights are also available, from just $17 and ranging from Kentucky bourbon and rye to a "Kamikaze flight" of the increasingly popular Japanese whiskeys. The menu also offers the Crown Royal Cornerstone Blend, the first limited release from Crown Royal's Noble Collection.
