Hussong's Cantina Las Vegas locations, The Shoppes at Mandalay Place and Boca Park Fashion Village, are adding some spice to the season with new dishes this fall. From appetizers to guacamoles and tacos to entrees, guests can enjoy the restaurant's authentic Baja cuisine with the 10 newly added dishes, perfect with any of Hussong's signature margaritas for lunch or dinner.
"With a focus on fresh flavors, our newest additions showcase what Mexican food is all about," said Noe Alcala, vice president of operations and corporate chef for Titan Brands. "This fall, we are celebrating the classics and are unveiling an all-new selection of street-style inspired tacos and entrees that are sure to get guests excited this season."
Highlights include the mar y tierra alambre (grilled ribeye and shrimp kabob with corn, red pepper, poblano pepper, red onion over a bed of creamy chorizo risotto. served with a grilled flour tortilla); pork belly taco (seared pork belly, radicchio cabbage mix, maple bacon aioli, chicharrones); fried avocado taco (breaded avocado, sriracha aioli, caesar salad parmesan cheese); and diablo crispy shrimp (crispy beer battered shrimp tossed in a diablo sriracha aioli and cilantro, served over a bed of lettuce cabbage mix and topped with pickled red onions and micro greens), to name a few.
