Boyd Gaming offering many Dining experiences for Valentines

Make it a Valentine’s Day to remember with a romantic meal at Boyd Gaming’s wide selection of dining experiences throughout Southern Nevada, including Best of Las Vegas’ “Best Date Night Spot” winner Alder & Birch Cocktails and Dining at The Orleans, MRKT at Aliante and much more. Reservations are strongly suggested.


Valentine’s Day Dining Options – Available Tuesday, Feb. 14

Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa

MRKT will serve up a Valentine’s Day special for $65. Start the meal with a fennel watercress salad topped with a cabernet vinaigrette; then enjoy a Cornish hen burgundy with roasted baby carrots and sundried cherries. Top it off with a chocolate éclair paired with Grand Marnier glazed strawberries.

Show your lover the amore with Bistro 57’s Valentine’s special for $55. Start off with a flor d’insalata comprised of radicchio, endives, beets, fresh Bononcini mozzarella and walnuts, topped with edible flowers and a mint lemon dressing. Next, savor a 5 oz. filet mignon paired with scallops and laid on beet mashed potatoes, then smothered with sweet Lambrusco cream sauce. Finish the meal with a dessert fruit tart.

Salted Lime will serve a Valentine’s Day meal for $25. The meal includes a Mexican chopped salad, beef and shrimp skewers with cilantro rice and mixed vegetables, and a slice of mango cheesecake for dessert.

Enjoy a Valentine’s Day meal early or late with FARM, open 24 hours. Get a T-bone and shrimp scampi combo with a baked potato and broccoli, plus a mason jar strawberry shortcake for just $17.99. 

California Hotel and Casino

Redwood Steakhouse will serve a romantic dinner for 2 for $90, with an optional wine pairing included for an additional $40. Start the meal with seafood-stuffed mushrooms with hollandaise sauce and four oysters on the half shell (paired with Chandon Brut); then enjoy cream of asparagus soup with crème fraiche (paired with La Crema Pinot Grigio). The main course will feature a crab-stuffed filet mignon topped with shrimp scampi, served with chive-butter mushrooms (paired with Berniger Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon). Dessert will be a chocolate “decadence” cake with strawberry mousse (paired with the restaurant’s signature dessert cocktail Redwood Coffee).

Waverly’s Steakhouse will serve two three-course meal selections for Valentine’s Day for $45. Start with a wild mushroom soup then enjoy either steak au poivre or a parmesan and white truffle essence-seared halibut. Top off the meal with a molten chocolate lava cake, served with vanilla bean ice cream and raspberry coulis.          

Vino’s Ristorante will offer a surf and turf special on Valentine’s Day for $32. Enjoy filet medallions and herb-battered jumbo shrimp with sundried tomato and pancetta supreme sauce, topped with smoked mozzarella and served alongside a vegetable risotto.

Cannery Row Buffet will serve a prime rib buffet for $13.99.

Eastside Cannery Casino and Hotel

Carve Steakhouse will serve a special holiday four-course dinner with four entrée selections. Enjoy prime rib or salmon with shrimp scampi for $49; a Mixed Grill for $59; or filet and lobster Surf and Turf for $69. All meals start with either a lobster bisque or a caprese salad, an intermezzo of champagne sorbet, and finish with chocolate cake. Please note Carve’s regular menu will not be available.

Snaps Café will serve a three-course prime rib and fried shrimp meal for just $17.99. Choose either soup or salad to start, and finish the meal with chocolate cake!

Eldorado Casino

Mary’s Diner will serve a prime rib and shrimp scampi special for just $15.99 from 1 p.m. until close. The meal will be accompanied by au gratin potatoes, fresh green beans, choice of soup or salad, a slice of strawberry cheesecake for dessert and a glass of house wine.

Gold Coast Hotel and Casino


Cornerstone will serve several indulgent three-course selections for Valentine’s Day. Start with a lump crab cake topped with Cajun lobster sauce, then select either the soup du jour or spring Sonoma salad mix. Entrée selections include Surf and Turf, a 14 oz. New York steak paired with a lobster tail for $60; or almandine-crusted filet of sea bass with risotto and lemon beurre blanc for $58. Enjoy a raspberry chocolate ganache gateau for dessert.

Jokers Wild Casino 

The Court Café will serve a prime rib and shrimp scampi special for just $15.99 from 1 p.m. until close. The meal will be accompanied by au gratin potatoes, fresh green beans, choice of soup or salad, a slice of strawberry cheesecake for dessert and a glass of house wine.

The Orleans Hotel and Casino

Alder & Birch Cocktails and Dining will serve a Valentine’s Day menu from 5 p.m. – 10 p.m. for $58. The complimentary starter will be a crab cake served with roasted pepper coulis, then select either cream of asparagus soup or a “Very Berry” salad. Entrée selections include salmon Wellington or a Mixed Grill, featuring a petite filet mignon, crab-stuffed prawn, and bacon-wrapped scallop. End the meal with a Venetian cherry chocolate mousse cake.

French Market Buffet will feature some romantic classics for Valentine’s Day from 4 p.m. – 9 p.m. for $19.99 with a B Connected card. The carving station will offer prime rib, baked Virgina ham, rotisserie chicken and beef-back ribs; plus all of your favorite stations, including Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Mongolian grill, seafood and more. Save room for Valentine’s Day desserts and chocolate fondue! Children under 42” are free, and guests age 16 and under can dine for $5 off the full dinner buffet price.

Prime Rib Loft will feature two three-course meal selections on Valentine’s Day in addition to its regular menu. Each meal starts with a shrimp kabob and choice of cream of potato and cheddar cheese soup, or grilled watermelon salad. Entrée selections include the flat iron steak, stuffed with bell peppers and onions, served over chipotle and roasted corn mashed potatoes, and topped with sautéed shrimp for $36; or the parmesan-crusted orange roughy, served on rice pilaf with grilled vegetables for $32. Finish the meal with chocolate ganache cake.

Sam’s Town Hotel and Gambling Hall


The Angry Butcher Steakhouse will serve a three-course dinner for two for $90 from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. on Valentine’s Day. Start the meal with a “Sweethearts Salad,” featuring a mix of Sonoma winter field greens, sweet red onion, heirloom tomatoes, feta cheese and topped with a white French dressing. Next, share beef Wellington with Madeira wine sauce and buttered baby carrots; and for dessert, enjoy six plump, chocolate-dipped strawberries, accompanied by delicate whipped cream.

Big Mess Bar-BQ will serve a three-course meal for $27 from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. on Valentine’s Day. Start with an iceberg and romaine lettuce dinner salad topped with cherry tomatoes, cucumber and red onions; then enjoy our signature house-smoked tri-tip, accompanied by mashed potatoes, green beans, sweet cornbread and honey butter; and finish the meal with strawberry shortcake.
