Las Vegas’ premier destination for tea is hosting the second annual and newly expanded two day Southwest Tea Festival this year. The festival, born last year in Downtown 3rd street’s Farmer’s Market building, saw over 600 attendees that included local vendors, musicians, and tea experts. Festival goers will experience tastings, educational sessions, cuppings, pairings, and tea demonstrations from tea enthusiasts throughout the Southwest.

Led by Las Vegas’ only tea sommelier, Cha Garden features an extensive list of tea sourced directly from generations-old tea farms throughout Asia. The VIP gaming lounge, located on the second floor of the Casino, features 8 high-limit baccarat tables. Players can utilize a butler service if they wish to order food, drinks, or tea from any of Lucky Dragon’s restaurants.



Lucky Dragon features 203 guest rooms, including 22 suites. Standard rooms (400 square feet) blend modern luxury with Asian flair rich in culture, while contemporary amenities ensure guests from all over the world feel at home. Lucky Dragon offers the most Chinese programming of any TV package available on the Las Vegas Strip. Each room features tea brewing equipment and a complimentary offering of Lucky Dragon’s imported house tea selections.

The top floor of Lucky Dragon houses The Penthouse Suite (1,300 square feet), reserved for Lucky Dragon’s most exclusive clientele. The 4,500-square-foot Sothys Spa at Lucky Dragon offers a variety of traditional Chinese and Western treatments. Four main single and couples treatment rooms, as well as a manicure and pedicure area with a panoramic view of the Las Vegas Strip are the center of the spa’s service area. With offerings from reflexology and facial treatments, to anti-aging and massage, the Sothys spa at Lucky Dragon provides the perfect escape for all guests. For those that prefer the comforts of their own room, a selection of spa services are available in-room as well.

While all other Sothys treatments have been available since Lucky Dragon’s grand opening, massages will be available to guests beginning January 5th.
