Carson Kitchen in Downtown Las Vegas unveiled a fresh, newly expanded and renovated space. Fresh off the heels of its three-year anniversary, the Downtown neighborhood urban dining hot spot now includes an all-new welcoming entryway, bar and lounge, as well additional seating throughout the space - perfect for any occasion.

"We are excited to reopen our doors with a revamped space that we know our guests will love," said Cory Harwell, president of Simon Hospitality Group. "With the same great quality and comfort, Carson Kitchen is now able to accommodate more guests with the enhanced double-door entry and relocated bar, while adding an all-new element of intimacy. Through the expanded space, we will keep the vision of our beloved Chef Kerry Simon alive and continue to build a foundation on those memories."

The renewed space continues with its original industrial-inspired décor featuring an array of repurposed wood and steel throughout the restaurant. The chef's table and open kitchen drives as the focal point with the dining room and bar area on each side, respectively. Adding nearly 550-square-feet as well as 24 additional seats, Carson Kitchen boasts 4000-square-feet and seats up to 120 guests with indoor and outdoor dining options.

Carson Kitchen guests who visit the newly designed location will be able to experience the favorited worldly gourmet flavors prepared by Culinary Director John Courtney. From savory comfort social plates to signature dishes, guests can indulge in delectable eats such as the famous crispy chicken skins (served with smoked honey) and "Devil's" Eggs (crispy pancetta, caviar). Other menu highlights include the cocoa-espresso NY Strip (red wine demi); sea bass (charred lemon, herbed greens); black rice and oxtail risotto (parmesan cream); and the delectable glazed donut bread pudding (three rum caramel, vanilla creme anglaise) - all featured within the approachable menu, with all items under $20.

To complement the menu, guests can enjoy a variety of unique hand-crafted cocktails like the #SimonSays Sangria (white wine, sparkling wine, peach purée, seasonal fruits); The Magarian (aviation gin, thyme and honey syrup, fresh lemon, mr. q cucumber soda); and Towns End (slow & low whiskey, fernet vittone, amaro del sole, regan's bitters #6, angostura bitters).

Carson Kitchen is open Sunday through Wednesday 11:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. and Thursday through Saturday 11:30 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
