Sadelle’s, a Jewish-style deli, will replace Cafe Bellagio, the coffee shop overlooking the gardens and conservatory at the Las Vegas Strip casino/resort, reports the website vegas.eater.com.
The classic-style deli is the creation of Major Food Group, the company behind the upscale Italian restaurant Carbone at Aria.
Featured items, reports vegas.eater.com, will be hand-rolled bagels, salmon and sturgeon towers with all the fixings, chopped salads, sandwiches, cheese blintzes, babkas (loaf-shaped coffee cakes), and an egg and cheese sandwich in addition to other deli-lovers’ favorites.
Cafe Bellagio closes in August to make way for the Sadelle’s remodeling with an official opening before the end of the year.
