Boyd Gaming Properties Throughout Southern Nevada Offer Delicious Mother’s Day Menus and Specials on May 13

Boyd Gaming properties across the Las Vegas Valley will be offering delectable menus and specials to treat mom to a memorable Mother’s Day on Sunday, May 13. Reservations are strongly recommended.

Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa 

MRKT will offer a special three-course à la carte menu on Mother’s Day from 4 p.m. to close. To begin the meal, mom can enjoy a fresh spring salad with bib and watercress lettuce, peaches, dragon fruit, red seedless grapes, crispy pancetta and feta cheese with honey buttermilk dressing for $10. The main course features pan-seared filet, lobster and rice pilaf served with rainbow baby carrots and apricot Bruere blanc for $55. For dessert, MRKT is serving a butterscotch pudding and chocolate mousse with salted caramel and coconut twill for $10.

Bistro 57’s Mother’s Day menu features a three-course surf and turf dinner for $49. The special menu includes field salad, filet, crab cake and a decadent chocolate cheesecake for dessert.

Salted Lime is serving up a Mother’s Day special with authentic Mexican flavors for $18.99 from 3 p.m. to close. The special will include poblano chiles rellenos with lobster, avocado and pepitas served with citrus butter, as well as a side of rice and beans.

Cannery Casino Hotel 

Waverly’s Steakhouse’s three-course Mother’s Day dinner will begin with a white asparagus soup. For the main entrée, diners can enjoy a stuffed flounder with salmon and crab topped with a dill supreme sauce that will be served with jasmine rice. The meal will end with a house-made crème brûlée. The three-course special will be available on Sunday, May 13 from 3 p.m. to close for $36.99.

Vino’s Ristorante will offer a flavorful Mother’s Day special for $19.99, featuring portabella mushrooms filled with baked lobster, shrimp and crab and topped with Chardonnay sauce served with asiago risotto. The special will be available from 4 p.m. to close.

Cannery Row Buffet will offer Mother’s Day specials beginning with brunch, featuring chilled champagne and mimosas from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Dinner will be served from 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. The buffet price is $15.99. 

California Hotel and Casino 

Redwood Steakhouse will serve an unforgettable three-course Mother’s Day dinner special from 5 p.m. to close for $40. The meal will begin with the choice of seafood bisque soup or a gourmet greens salad. The main course will feature a fresh pan-seared Halibut filet with julienne vegetables and shiitake mushrooms laced with Shoyu ginger sauce served with kimchi fried rice and the Chef’s specialty vegetables. For dessert, diners can delight in a chocolate decadence cake topped with strawberries and caramel.

California Noodle House is serving up a specially selected Mother’s Day menu, featuring a grilled Chinese chicken salad, Kung Pao shrimp and a chocolate crunch cake for $16 per person. A two-person minimum is required for the offer to be valid.

Eastside Cannery Casino and Hotel 

Carve Steakhouse will offer a special Mother’s Day Champagne Brunch from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. for $28.99 per person. In addition to champagne, the brunch will feature a carving station serving roasted prime rib and an omelet station offering a large of variety of omelet combinations prepared to order. Diners will also enjoy prime rib eggs benedict, pecan crusted French toast, apple smoked bacon, breakfast sausage and O’Brien potatoes. Chicken cordon bleu, salmon wellington, roasted chicken, rice pilaf and sautéed vegetables. The Mother’s Day Champagne Brunch will feature a salad station, including seafood salad, mixed greens, lox and bagels, a grilled vegetable platter with balsamic drizzle, fruit tree and more. The dessert station will serve fresh cakes, pies and much more.

Fremont Hotel and Casino 

Second Street Grill will offer a memorable Mother’s Day dinner from 5 p.m. – 10 p.m. for $48. For starters, guests can enjoy a firecracker shrimp roll and their choice of soup or salad. The main entrée will feature filet served Oscar style with king crab merus, asparagus, béarnaise sauce and a baked potato. To finish the dinner, guests can enjoy the Chef’s dessert selection. 

Paradise Buffet and Café will offer Mother’s Day specials beginning with brunch, featuring unlimited sparkling wine, mimosas and bellinis, as well as a specialty pancake station with fresh fruit compotes and warm syrups from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. Dinner will be served from 4 p.m. to close. The buffet price is $18.99 with a player’s card. 

Gold Coast Hotel and Casino

Cornerstone will serve a special Mother’s Day dinner menu from 5 p.m. to close for $27. For starters, guests can choose from the soup du jour or house salad. The main entrée features an almond crusted orange roughy served over roasted garlic grits and shiitake salad. Reservations are strongly recommended.

The Orleans Hotel and Casino 

Alder & Birch will offer a delicious Mother’s Day dinner menu from 5 p.m. – 10 p.m. for $36, featuring filet mignon served Oscar style. The filet will be topped with crab meat, asparagus and a king crab claw, and will be served with béarnaise veal demi, William potato and roasted Brussel sprouts.

Prime Rib Loft is offering a memorable Mother’s Day special, featuring a four-course dinner menu from 5 p.m. to close for $38. The dinner will begin with a fried ravioli drizzled with roasted garlic cream and topped with tomato basil tapenade. Guests will have the option to choose one of two appetizer options, including a chilled strawberry soup or loft house salad. For the main entrée, Prime Rib Loft will serve a sirloin steak topped with Moody blue cheese, tempura shrimp, mango habanero dipping sauce, Boursin mashed potatoes and an onion stack. To finish off the meal, the restaurant will serve a creamy lemon pie.

Copper Whisk Café will serve a scrumptious three-course Mother’s Day menu for $19.99 from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. For starters, diners can choose from a soup du jour or house salad followed by the main entrée, a surf and turf special, featuring petit filet mignon topped with caramelized onions and Moody blue cheese. The main entrée also includes crab-stuffed salmon served with citrus butter sauce, roasted fingerling potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Guests can end their meal with a chocolate fudge cake.

Sam’s Town Hotel and Gambling Hall

The Angry Butcher will serve a delectable four-course Mother’s Day dinner from 3 p.m. – 9 p.m. for $49. The meal will begin with the choice of the Chef’s potato leek soup served with potato chips and braised leek garnish or the twin lobster raviolis served with lobster truffle sauce. Diners will also be served a fresh spring salad with spring mesclun greens, heirloom cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and chevre cheese crumbles with candied walnuts and a raspberry vinaigrette. For the main course, guests can choose from two options, including a seafood combo with seared Atlantic salmon and pesto grilled shrimp served with duchess potatoes, sautéed baby spinach and a roasted red pepper cream. The second option is a peppercorn crusted 12-oz. choice strip loin served with au gratin potatoes and a spring mushroom ragu with cognac peppercorn sauce. Mom can end her meal with spring berries, including raspberries, blackberries and blueberries, served with vanilla bean ice cream in a Chambord reduction.

Big Mess is offering a tasty Mother’s Day special titled “Mama’s Mixed Grill” for $19.99 from 2 p.m. – 9 p.m. on Sunday, May 13. The special includes grilled chicken breast, baby back ribs and grilled jumbo shrimp served with roasted corn on the cob, collard greens and sweet cornbread.

Firelight Buffet will offer Mother’s Day specials beginning with brunch, featuring unlimited sparkling wine, mimosas and bellinis, as well as a specialty pancake station with fresh fruit compotes and warm syrups from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. Dinner will be served from 4 p.m. to close. The buffet price is $16.99 with a player’s card. 

Suncoast Hotel and Casino 

Salvatore’s will serve several special selections on Mother’s Day, including a New York sirloin grilled to the diner’s preference crowned with spicy peppercorn shrimp for $32.95; baked fillet of sole stuffed with crab and shrimp draped in a rich lobster cream and served with creamy citrus risotto and baby asparagus for $27.95; prime grade boneless beef short ribs braised tender in Barolo, served over garlic mashers with natural pan juices and matchstick vegetables for $28.95; and Chicken Prima Vera, which includes ribbons of pasta simmered with a medley of roasted garden vegetables and extra virgin olive oil topped with a herbal grilled chicken breast for $26.95;

SC Prime will offer several three-course menu options to treat mom on Mother’s Day from 3 p.m. to close. Start the meal with the choice of creamy broccoli cheese soup with chopped bacon or a Sonoma field green salad served with fresh strawberries, oranges, candied walnuts and a tangy lime vinaigrette. For the main entrees, diners can choose a grilled filet mignon and parmesan garlic shrimp served with whipped potatoes, fresh seasonal vegetables and roasted garlic sauce for $44; mustard herb crusted pork loin medallions served with potato chive cake and fresh seasonal vegetables with a port wine demi-glaze for $37; or a grilled Alaskan salmon served with fresh seasonal vegetables and lemon Beurre blanc and red wine reduction, topped with shrimp and warm tomato scallion relish for $40. For dessert, guests can enjoy red velvet cake with fresh berries and strawberry sauce.

Du-par’s is serving up a three-course Mother’s Day menu on Sunday, May 13 from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. for $22.99. The meal will begin with a house salad with the diner’s choice of dressing. For the main entrée, guests and their moms can enjoy a seared salmon served with mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. To end the dinner, visitors can delight in a slice of pie.

St. Tropez Buffet will offer Mother’s Day specials beginning with brunch, featuring unlimited sparkling wine, mimosas and bellinis, as well as a specialty pancake station with fresh fruit compotes and warm syrups from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. Dinner will be served from 4 p.m. to close.
