Everyone is at least a little Irish this week!
J. C. Wooloughan’s Irish Pub inside the Rampart Casino at the JW Marriott Las Vegas will be celebrating four days of St. Patrick’s Day from March 14-17.
The pub and resort are at the center of an exciting array of Emerald Isle festivities, from great food and drink specials, to traditional Irish bagpipers and dancers, live music and more. The party starts with a special Happy Hour from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. Guests can enjoy $5 deals on special Irish appetizers and 50% off Irish draft beer.
At 7 p.m. live music kicks in each night when Irish band Mullaney takes the stage. There’s no cover charge all three nights.
Sunday the 17th, the party starts at noon inside the bar with Irish band Mrs. Murphy’s Chowder, followed by Irish dancers, bagpipers, solo artist John Gannon and topped off with Mullaney from 7:15-11 p.m.
Wooloughan’s beautiful outdoor patio venue begins at 3 p.m. with renowned U2 tribute band, Rattle and Hum, followed by Mrs. Murphy’s Chowder and Arms of America from 7:30-9 p.m. At 3 p.m. a $20 cover provides access to both venues. Both the Guinness and Jameson girls will be on hand plus Wooloughan’s will also offer commemorative t-shirts for sale.
Luxor: Tacos & Tequila (T&T) will honor St. Patrick’s Day with $5 green food and drink specials all day Sunday, March 17. The restaurant will put a Mexican twist on the Irish celebration with $5 cheese quesadillas made with green tortillas and Irish nachos made with crisp cut ruffle potatoes topped with sour cream, guacamole, diced tomatoes, greens onions, smoked bacon and cheese.
T&T will also serve $5 green domestic beers and $6 signature top shelf margaritas made with Jose Cuervo Tradicional Reposado tequila, organic agave nectar, Grand Marnier and house-made margarita mix.
Silverton: The casino/hotel invites guests to enjoy St. Patrick’s Day with a phenomenal deal and a day of partying! On March 17, for $30, guests will receive an all-you-can-drink wristband valid at all casino bars from 2-6 p.m.
Drink specials include: Green PBR, Kilbeggan Irish whiskey, Murphy’s Irish Stout, well drinks and Irish car bombs. Dance to a live DJ in Shady Grove lounge and play in the beer pong tournament or mug challenge for the chance to win cash prizes.
Green Valley Ranch: From Friday through Sunday, Quinn’s Irish Pub will be offering $4 draft beers, $5 for thin Lizzy shots, red Leprechauns and “Irish car bombs.” Live performances include Speed this Friday at 10 p.m. and Darby O’Gill and the Little People on Saturday and Sunday at 10 p.m. Admission is free!
Etc.: Michael Gaughan’s popular South Point resort is running 5x slot points and 2x video poker points on St. Patrick’s Day. Boyd’s Orleans is running 15x points on all penny slots and 7x points on video poker.
