Station Casinos will help commemorate the 10th anniversary of Las Vegas Restaurant Week with special prix fixe menus in eight of the company’s steakhouses this June.
In its continued mission to help the community, Station Casinos is once again supporting Three Square’s mission to end hunger by participating in the annual event that helps locals and tourists dine out for a great cause. One meal purchased during Restaurant Week can help provide up to 18 meals to the hungry.
From June 6 to 17, the steakhouses will offer delectable menus for diners with a heart, as Station Casinos will donate $4 to Three Square from every meal purchased on the special menus. T-Bones Chophouse at Red Rock Resort and Hank’s Fine Steaks & Martinis at Green Valley Ranch Resort will offer special prix fixe dinner menus for $50. The meal begins with cold smoked scallop carpaccio, then continues with a prime New York steak strip paired with charred heirloom carrots, red beets, stilton mousse and chervil. The meal ends with peach upside down cake, Vietnamese cinnamon ice cream and toasted Marcona almond streusel.
For $40, guests can purchase a special dinner at Sonoma Cellar inside Sunset Station, The Charcoal Room at Palace Station and Santa Fe Station, The Broiler inside Boulder Station, Fuego at Fiesta Henderson, or Austin’s Steakhouse inside Texas Station. The meal begins with a tomato salad made from heirloom tomatoes, Nieske bacon, gem lettuce, Point Reyes blue cheese and an avocado vinaigrette. A bone in New York steak follows, paired with a twice-baked sweet potato and fontina cheese and a summer sweet chile peppers salad. Finally, a warm butter toffee cake is served for dessert, completed by sour cream, toffee sauce and crème fraiche ice cream.
