Spa Resort Casino, located in beautiful downtown Palm Springs, CA is owned by the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, a sovereign tribal government located in the Coachella Valley.
The tribe is proud of its luxurious accommodations, fine-dining, specialized spa treatments, extravagant entertainment venues, world-class golf and outdoor paradise. The tribe also operates the nearby Agua Caliente Casino Resort in Rancho Mirage. The two properties share a linked slot club called Paradise Rewards.
There are four tier levels within Paradise Rewards, starting with Gold Level. Just by being a member (and based on initial play) you will get offers for free Paradise Cash Play, non-negotiable chips, dining at restaurants, Sunstone Spa Services, 4 Diamond hotel accommodations, special invitations for concerts, sporting events, tournaments and more.
Platinum Level is achieved after earning 150,000 points within a six-month time frame. Black Level is attained after earning 375,000 points within six months and benefits at this level include suite upgrades, based upon availability; VIP access to restaurants, Paradise Rewards Club and cashier’s cage; VIP toll-free number for priority access; access to the exclusive Sunset Suite and reserved covered self-parking.
The premiere Red Level (earning one million points in six months) includes all of the Black Level benefits plus game lock-ups, up to 30 minutes; limousine service, based upon availability, plus free buffet for two daily and personalized concierge services.
A $1 coin in equals 3 points earned on slot machines and $2 coin in equals 3 points earned on most video poker machines. You always have the comfort of knowing it is about the points you earn, not about the ones you use. You’ll maintain your Paradise Rewards Club player level no matter how many points are used. Table game players earn comps based on tracked play at any gaming table. Just present your Club card to the dealers to rate your play. (Card levels are subject to change based on evaluated play.)
Dining options at the Spa Resort include The Steakhouse, Oasis Buffet, Corner Deli and the Sundance Bar. The Steakhouse offers an early bird special, Sunday through Thursday for $32 from 5 to 6 p.m. with several choices of steaks, prime rib or seafood served with your choice of soup or salad.
The 15,000 square-foot casino offers a variety of casino promotions. Now through March 28, earn 100 points to play in the Weekly Slot Tournament, every Wednesday at 7 p.m. There are two session winners every 15 minutes of up to $1,000 Paradise Cash Play and the overall tournament winner receives $1,000 cash.
Now through Jan. 27, drawings to win a new Mercedes are being held on Fridays at 9 p.m. at Spa Resort Casino and Saturdays at 9 p.m. at Agua Caliente Casino (except Dec. 29 and 30.) Bonus Drawings are held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. for a chance to win up to $500 Paradise Cash Play with one winner every 15 minutes.
