Rí Rá Las Vegas celebrates Mother’s Day on Sunday, May 13 from 11 a.m. to close with an authentic Irish specialty brunch menu filled with decadent options even the pickiest Mom will enjoy. The specialty brunch menu features a variety of appetizers, main dishes and desserts, including:
- Smoked Salmon Blini ($12), smoked salmon served on top of a boxty with lemon aioli and pickled red onion.
- Chicken Cordon Bleu ($22), breaded chicken, stuffed with ham and swiss cheese, baked and served with mashed potatoes and green beans, topped in a creamy Dijon sauce.
- Seared Halibut ($24), pan seared halibut, served with roasted potatoes and sautéed asparagus and finished with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
- Prime Rib Carvery ($29), a slow roasted 14-ounce rib eye served with garlic green beans, mashed potatoes, gravy and finished with Guinness au jus.
Guests looking to satisfy the sweet tooth can dine on the Whiskey Caramel Bread Pudding ($10), a warmed cinnamon bread pudding, covered in a house whiskey caramel sauce and topped with whipped cream.
Additionally, Rí Rá Las Vegas will be offering the two Afternoon Tea menus, The Dunbrody Afternoon Tea ($24 per person) and The MacNean Afternoon Tea ($35 per person), available from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Mother’s Day.
