35 Steaks + Martinis offers a unique marriage of traditional steakhouse cuisine and libations, complemented with clean and classic, yet cutting edge design. Signature dishes include the indulgent Tomahawk Steak, a 35-day aged, 35-ounce prime steak.

Culinary Dropout, Fox Restaurant Concepts' little "rebel child," breaks all the rules with its uniform-free staff and relaxed, soulful ambiance. Seven-time James Beard Foundation semi-finalist for Outstanding Restaurateur, Sam Fox, brings Las Vegas a hip and funky hangout to sip creative libations, savor tasty pub grub and take in live music every weekend. Meaning the word "luck" in English, 福Fú offers authentic Chinese cuisine with additional regional inspirations including Korean, Vietnamese and Thai. Signature dishes include Spicy Thai Basil Mince Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Honey Walnut Shrimp with Lemon Aioli and Sautéed String Beans with XO Sauce just to name a few.

Located in Paradise Tower, Fuel Café is a Latin-infused coffeehouse that specializes in assorted Illy branded Italian coffees and espresso drinks, loose leaf teas, freshly blended smoothies, European pastries and gelato. Part coffeehouse and smoothie bar, Fuel Café offers house made Italian Panini, savory South America empanadas, authentic Latin American desserts and assorted gelatos. LUXE BAR

A mega-hip Mexican cantina, Pink Taco is a folk-art bedecked hotspot adorned with classic low-rider bicycles, unique tables that leave guests’ feet dangling and an assortment of authentic Mexican craftwork that decorates the dining room. Pink Taco is popular for putting a California spin on traditional Mexican fare. The menu includes new dishes such as Lobster Tacos and Bacon Wrapped Jalapenos and classic favorites like the trademark Pink Taco with homemade corn tortillas, beans, chicken, salsa arbol, pickled onions and avocado.
