Project Pink Returns to Station Casinos

Sep 30, 2015 12:50 PM

For the sixth year in a row, Station Casinos will host “Project Pink,” a company-wide initiative to raise awareness and funds for the fight against breast cancer. Proceeds raised throughout October will benefit the Southern Nevada affiliate of Susan G. Komen and American Cancer Society’s “Making Strides Against Breast Cancer” campaign in honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. From October 1-31, the majority of properties and venues, including restaurants, bingo rooms, spas as well as at designated blackjack and poker tables will be pink to signify where the company will donate its proceeds from its retail sales and gaming winnings. Since its inception, Project Pink has raised more than $286,000 for the fight against breast cancer.

Project Pink will feature:

“Pink Pastries” at the Grand Cafes and Café Fiesta: A variety of exclusively created desserts such as strawberry shortcake, peanut brittle, pink and white cookies, chocolate covered pretzels and white chocolate glittered popcorn, to name a few, will be available at all café locations. The pink pastries range in price beginning at $1.99 per item on up.
