Vermont sports betting bill advanced to the state Senate that would bring up to six mobile apps to the state as early as Dec. 2023.
North Carolina is inviting its future sports betting operators to register for regulatory notifications as the state moves toward launch.
Maine lawmakers are looking at iGaming legislation that would include mobile sports betting in the definition of internet gaming.
Arkansas sports betting could become a reality in 2022. The state racing commission will look into it at a Dec. 30 hearing.
It would be 2025 before sports betting is legalized in South Carolina under a proposed constitutional amendment filed last week.
