DraftKings Michigan Casino Sets US Record $6.46 Million Jackpot

The DraftKings Michigan Casino jackpot keeps climbing, and as of Friday, Oct. 18, it reached new heights.

Jason March, the Vice President of iGaming Marketing & Operations, confirmed that DraftKings Casino’s jackpot reached a US record $6.46 million at the end of the work week. However, that could change at any moment.

DraftKings Casino customers in Michigan become eligible for the jackpot when they opt in with an added 20 cents per spin while playing one of DK’s 26 online casino games.

“We take a lot of pride in providing our customers with a best-in-class experience, so it’s always exciting to see our jackpots reach historic numbers,” March said.

How to Play For the DraftKings Michigan Casino Jackpot

DraftKings Casino is available in five US states and Ontario, Canada, but only users in Michigan have access to this state-specific jackpot.

Michigan players can sign up for DraftKings Casino on their iOS or Android devices. Players 21+ must be within state lines to spin for wins, including the huge jackpot.

“Our current $6.46 million jackpot is monumental not only for DraftKings but for us in Michigan, and we look forward to celebrating the winner of this record-setting jackpot,” March said on Friday.

DraftKings Rocket, DraftKings Fire Buffalo, and DraftKings Blackjack are a few of the games that will accept the extra 20-cent wager for a shot at the multi-million dollar jackpot.

Remember, you’ll need to opt in for the 20-cent jackpot play. You’ll also need to opt out if you no longer want to fish for the jackpot win while spinning.
