With the NBA 2K26 Las Vegas Summer League winding down, four unbeaten teams remain standing. The Toronto Raptors, Oklahoma City Thunder, Charlotte Hornets, and Sacramento Kings have all impressed in their runs to the semifinals. They will now clash for a shot at the championship on Sunday.

Toronto Raptors: Dominance Built on Depth and Defense
The Raptors enter the semifinals with a flawless 4-0 record, and they’ve done it with stifling defense, balanced scoring, and a deep bench. Toronto’s depth has been a game-changer. The bench, led by A.J. Lawson, Alijah Martin, and Jarkel Joiner, consistently outperforms opposing second units. They overwhelmed the Bulls and outlasted the Nuggets in a back-and-forth affair, showing resilience and composure in close moments.
Sacramento Kings: Carter and Clifford Fuel Cinderella Run
Of the four semifinalists, the Kings entered with the longest odds, but they’ve been anything but a fluke. Devin Carter, Mason Jones, and Nique Clifford have all stepped up in big moments, and Sacramento has posted a +14 average point differential through four games.
Carter has been the catalyst, averaging over 20 points per game and knocking down threes at a blistering clip. His 30-point performance against the Bulls showcased his ability to take over a game with athleticism and shot-making. Clifford, meanwhile, has been a do-it-all glue guy — defending multiple positions, grabbing boards, and filling in the gaps.
Sacramento’s best showing may have been its 94-76 rout of Phoenix, where the team hit over 50% from the field and got contributions from nearly every player in the rotation. The Kings are playing with house money and confidence — a dangerous combination in a short tournament.
Semifinal Betting Preview: Raptors vs. Kings
Spread: Toronto -3 (-110) | Total: 185.5
Toronto’s defensive pressure and depth will test a Kings team that’s been fueled by its starting five. The Raptors are more physical and have an edge in backcourt play, particularly with Jamal Shead’s ability to control the tempo and minimize mistakes.
If Collin Murray-Boyles continues his two-way dominance and the Raptors win the turnover battle as they’ve done all tournament, it’ll be hard for Sacramento to match them for 40 minutes.
That said, Carter’s shot-making gives the Kings a chance. If he catches fire from deep and Sacramento’s role players hold their own, they could make this one interesting down the stretch.

Charlotte Hornets: Knueppel and Company Continue to Cook
Standout performances have led Charlotte’s undefeated run from Kon Knueppel, KJ Simpson, and PJ Hall, who together form one of the most productive trios in Vegas. Knueppel, the No. 4 overall pick, has shown a polished offensive game, including efficient shooting from beyond the arc and the ability to create off the dribble.
The Hornets have scored over 100 points twice in Vegas, including a 106-81 victory over the Spurs and a 111-105 win over Utah, where they demonstrated high-level offensive execution and tempo. They shoot over 52% from the field and rank among the best in team assists, a testament to their effective ball movement and unselfish play.
What sets Charlotte apart is their flexibility. Whether they need Damion Baugh’s playmaking, Ryan Kalkbrenner’s interior presence, or Tidjane Salaun’s two-way energy, the Hornets have answers. They’ve been the most aesthetically pleasing team in the tournament and will look to keep the offensive machine humming against OKC.
Oklahoma City Thunder: Barnhizer Leads Balanced, Gritty Squad
Oklahoma City has quietly been the most efficient and consistent team in Las Vegas. Also, 4-0, the Thunder have won with defense, depth, and timely shooting. Led by Brooks Barnhizer, Ajay Mitchell, and Nikola Topic, OKC plays an unselfish brand of basketball, sharing the ball and crashing the boards as a unit.
Barnhizer, in particular, has been excellent, showing poise, shooting touch, and rebounding from the wing. His 19-point, 9-rebound effort against Brooklyn, combined with consistent production throughout the week, has solidified him as one of the Summer League’s most complete players. Topic’s playmaking and Mitchell’s versatility give the Thunder a dangerous backcourt.
OKC has also flashed elite defensive chops, holding Orlando to just 75 points and suffocating Indiana with a 104-85 win. Their combination of perimeter defenders and rim protection enables them to control the pace and force teams into taking bad shots. They’ve committed to a gritty, grind-it-out identity, and it’s working.
Semifinal Preview: Hornets vs. Thunder
Spread: Thunder -1.5 (-110) | Total: 186.5
This is the most evenly matched semifinal. Both teams are 4-0, boast loaded backcourts, and have complementary bench depth.
The Thunder’s edge might come on the defensive end, where they’ve held opponents under 90 points in three straight games. Charlotte, however, thrives on offensive rhythm and has been the most explosive team in the field.
Look for a key battle between Barnhizer and Knueppel. If Barnhizer slows the Hornets’ perimeter scoring and the Thunder control the glass, OKC can grind out another tight win. But Charlotte has proven time and again that they can hang tough in any style of game.

Why the Oklahoma City Thunder (+220) Will Win the Title
Among the final four, Oklahoma City appears the most balanced, battle-tested, and built to win in a tournament setting, with the momentum they carry from just winning the NBA Championship. While Toronto and Charlotte have more explosive scorers, the Thunder’s depth, cohesion, and defensive discipline stand out.
