Vegas Gems Casino Review & Promo Code for October 2026
Vegas Gems brings a crypto-styled sweepstakes casino experience to US players, built around daily prize chests, a small slate of original scratchcard games, and a Bejeweled-style loyalty ladder that rewards logging in regularly. New players also navigate two in-house currencies, Gems for everyday play and Shards for premium access, a setup that takes a little more getting used to than most sweeps sites.
We’ll be upfront about it: Vegas Gems isn’t one of GamingToday’s recommended sweepstakes casinos right now. It’s a newer, smaller operator, and it hasn’t yet built the redemption speed or game variety track record we look for before adding a site to our top picks. Until it does, we’d rather point you toward the options below, all vetted for game selection, redemption speed, and player-friendly terms.

Still curious about Vegas Gems? New players who sign up with the promo code VEGASGEMS can unlock up to 1,000 bonus Gems in their first prize chest, plus a 50% discount on their first Shards purchase. From there, the daily chests, scratchcard games, and loyalty ladder are what keep most players coming back.
Keep reading below for the full breakdown, including how the welcome offer works, how sweepstakes casino redemption works in general, and which games are free to play for every user.
Vegas Gems Sign-Up Offer
Sign up using the Vegas Gems promo code VEGASGEMS to unlock your two-part welcome offer. All new players can benefit from a sign-up bonus and an optional first-purchase discount. Get started by clicking through to the social casino and creating an account. If you’re unsure, I’ve explained how to do this further down the page.
Once you’ve logged in, head to the Promotions page to find your welcome chest. Open this to reveal a random reward of up to 1,000 Gems – this is your Vegas Gems no deposit bonus. I received the Cushion Diamond prize in testing, which added 0.70 Gems to my account balance.
The Vegas Gems welcome offer also comes with a 50% discount on your first Shards purchase. Buying Shards is never necessary, but is a good option if you’d like to stay in the action for longer. My discount was automatically applied when I made my first purchase.

Do I Need a Vegas Gems Promo Code?
We recommend using the promo code VEGASGEMS when creating your Vegas Gems sweepstakes casino account. If you can’t find a place to use this code at registration, you can always enter it on the Vegas Gems promotions page later. Look for the ‘Enter Code’ box at the top-left of the page once you’ve signed up.
Important Terms of the Vegas Gems CasinoWelcome Bonus
All Vegas Gems players must be aged 18 or older. The site requires all players to fill out Know Your Customer forms, which will verify your date of birth and location. Vegas Gems social casino is open to players in most US states, excluding Idaho, Michigan, Washington, and Nevada.
Promos for Existing Players at Vegas Gems Social Casino
Vegas Gems promotions are largely focused on mystery prize chests. Here are the main offers available to existing players.
- Daily Chests: Daily Chests are the bread and butter of Vegas Gems gameplay. Unlock a new prize chest every day, with the chance to win up to 1,000 Free Gems every 24 hours. The Vegas Gems login bonus changes each time, working similarly to the prizes available at Fortune Wheelz.
- Bejeweled Chests: Bejeweled Chests are the social casino’s take on a loyalty program. Get Bejeweled by reaching the ‘Buy Goal’ for your current level. For example, I had to buy 20,000 Shards to unlock my first chest. I could then unlock my Bejeweled Chests and collect double XP for the next hour of play.
- Purchase Coupons: Look out for random purchase coupons at Vegas Gems. Right now, I can claim a 5% Gem Boost on my next Shards purchase.
Rakeback: Every day, week, and month, you’ll have the chance to recollect a portion of all the Gems and Shards you’ve played with during that time frame. Watch the Rakeback timer on the promotions page, and when your bonus unlocks, get ready to claim it.
Loyalty Program at Vegas Gems
Vegas Gems does not run a detailed loyalty program that applies to every user the way Fortune Wheelz does, but players who purchase Shards are rewarded for it. Hitting the “Buy Goal” for your current level unlocks Bejeweled status, and as a Bejeweled player, you can:
- Unlock Bejeweled prize chests
- Collect double XP over the next hour of play
Your current play level and the XP needed to level up are both listed on your profile page.
We were disappointed that loyalty rewards are only available to players who spend money at Vegas Gems, and we would like to see a more detailed program that rewards all Vegas Gems players going forward.
How To Sign up at Vegas Gems Casino
The registration process at Vegas Gems is designed to be efficient, allowing you to move from your first visit to opening your welcome chest in just a few minutes.
Access Vegas Gems and Start Registration
Use our provided link to navigate to the official Vegas Gems Sweepstakes Casino website. Click the “Sign In” button located at the top right of the homepage and select “Sign Up” to begin creating your profile.
Verify Your Email and Secure Your Account
Enter your active email address to receive a six-digit verification code. Once you enter this code to validate your account, you will be prompted to create a strong password to keep your Gems and Shards balances secure.
Complete Your Personal Profile and Agree to Terms
Provide your full name and date of birth, followed by your complete residential address and cell phone number. At this stage, you will also need to create a unique username and check the box confirming you have read and agreed to the Vegas Gems Terms of Service.
Finalize Identity Verification (KYC)
While you can access the lobby immediately, it is best to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) forms as soon as possible. By uploading your proof of identity and address now, you ensure your account is fully verified for future prize redemptions, making the process much smoother when you are ready to request your first payout.
Where Can I Play Vegas Gems?
Vegas Gems Casino is available in most US states, excluding Idaho, Michigan, Nevada, and Washington. You must be aged 18 or over to play.
Before making purchases or requesting redemptions, Vegas Gems will ask you to fill out a KYC (Know Your Customer) form. This is required to confirm your age and location. Vegas Gems is available in a similar number of states to most social casinos, including larger sites like Chumba Casino. These sites are open to more states than traditional online casinos as you don’t use real money to play. However, every social casino still has to follow strict sweepstakes rules and regulations. Make sure to check the Vegas Gems Terms of Service before creating an account.
User Experience Review
Vegas Gems Social Casino has a slick user interface that looks modern and is noticeably easy to navigate. If you’re a fan of using Dark Mode on your cell phone, you’ll like this social casino’s color scheme and overall theme.
The site’s top navigation tabs provide an easy way to move between games, promotions, and Vegas Gems scratchcards. These tabs aren’t labeled, but I found it pretty easy to distinguish between the three after an hour of using the site. You’ll find your Wallet to the right of these icons – use this to track your Gems and Shards balance.
Every other Vegas Gems feature can located using the casino’s main menu or your profile icon. Find these at the top right-hand side of the site. I particularly like the Vegas Gems profile page – it’s so easy to find your loyalty status and current rewards here. I also use this page to set a ‘Self Lockdown’ when I need to take a break from playing.
Vegas Gems App
Vegas Gems does not have a downloadable app for Android or iOS users, but you can play on a smaller screen using the mobile site. I regularly play from my iPhone and enjoy the same great games, prize chests, and discount codes.
If you think you would benefit from app-like access to Vegas Gems, you can always save a browser shortcut to your device’s home screen. This option is available for both iOS and Android users.
Of course, I’d love to see an official app from Vegas Gems in the future. Social casinos like Pulsz and Crown Coins already offer great downloadable products to their players. These sites are strong choices if a mobile app is non-negotiable for you.
Games at Vegas Gems
Vegas Gems has a collection of over 700 slots and variety games. Play titles from a range of popular developers, including Ruby Play, 3 Oaks Gaming, Evoplay, and NetGaming. I like to use the site’s filters to narrow down my search by brand and volatility.
Unlike most social casinos, table games and live dealer titles aren’t available here. If you like to get stuck into free blackjack and video poker, I recommend checking out Hello Millions.
Let’s take a closer look at the games open to Vegas Gems players.
Slots
Access 650+ free-to-play slots at Vegas Gems. All of these are available to play from the minute you register – you won’t have to unlock titles like at some sites.
Games here range from three-reel classics to modern Megaways and jackpot titles. Click on any listing that takes your fancy to view its RTP and volatility before playing.
Here are some of the most popular online slots at Vegas Gems:
- Hot Triple Sevens: Enjoy old-school slots play with this three-reel slot game from Evoplay. Hot Triple Sevens offers five ways to win and a top prize of 3,078 times your play amount. This is a medium-variance title with an RTP of 96.01%.
- Sky Pearls Hold and Win: Take a journey through mystical lands in this four-reel slot from 3 Oaks Gaming. Sky Pearls Hold and Win offers the chance to win four jackpot amounts. This is a medium-variance game with an RTP of 95.72%.
- Mount Mazuma: Visit the tropical island of Mazuma in this five-reel slot from Habanero. Mount Mazuma is a high-variance title offering 243 ways to win. A top prize of 50 times your play amount is up for grabs. This game has an RTP of 96.73%.
- 3 Wild Jokers: This colorful three-reel slot from NetGaming is perfect for fans of traditional fruit machines. Spin across five winning ways for the chance to win over 1,000 times your play amount. 3 Wild Jokers is a medium-variance game with an RTP of 94.43%.
Variety Games
Switch up your gameplay with a selection of Variety Games at Vegas Gems. Look out for crypto-themed games like Crash and Wheel and unique multiplayer titles such as Coinflip and Mines.
If you find the Variety Games library at Vegas Gems too small, I recommend checking out ZitoBox. This social casino has a great range of arcade-style games you’ll struggle to find anywhere else.
Purchases and Prize Redemptions at Vegas Gems
Vegas Gems is a social casino, which means play is always free if you want it to be. However, purchasing Shards can extend your available playtime on the site. These purchases may also unlock free Gems – play these through once to unlock them for redemption.
Learn more about purchasing Shards and claiming prize redemptions from your Gems below.
Purchasing Gold Coins
Open your Vegas Gems wallet to purchase Shards at any time. Before doing so, I recommend checking your promotions page for unopened chests. It’s always worth checking for free tokens before spending your hard-earned cash,
Shard purchases start from $4.99. This is pretty high, considering sites like Pulsz and Hello Millions offer Gold Coin purchases from just $1.99. However, you’ll get a significant discount using your Vegas Gems promo code. Enter VEGASGEMS at registration to receive 50% off when you buy Shards for the first time.
Complete your purchase using a cryptocurrency of your choice: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Ripple are all available. I would like to see non-crypto options soon, as most sites offer credit/debit card purchases at a minimum. But I also understand that Vegas Gems is trying to specialize in crypto gaming, much like Stake.us Casino and Luckybird.
Here are all the purchase options open to Vegas Gems players.
| Price | Shards | Free Gems |
|---|---|---|
| $4.99 | 50,000 | 5.00 |
| $9.99 | 100,000 | 11.00 |
| $19.99 | 175,000 | 21.00 |
| $49.99 | 200,000 | 55.00 |
| $70.00 | 225,000 | 72.00 |
| $99.99 | 250,000 | 103.00 |
| $199.99 | 500,000 | 204.00 |
| $299.99 | 450,000 | 304.00 |
| $499.99 | 700,000 | 510.00 |
| $999.99 | 1,000,000 | 1,020.00 |
Redeeming Prizes at Vegas Gems
Any Gems you receive can be unlocked for prize redemptions. To do this, you need to play them through at least once. When you reach an available balance of 100 Gems, you can request a prize redemption.
At this time, you can only request crypto prizes. Choose from Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, and several other popular cryptocurrencies. One Gem can be redeemed for $0.01.
At most social casinos, one redeemable token is equal to $1. Most sites also offer different redemption methods, like bank transfers or gift cards. I found reaching a $10 prize at Vegas Gems to be much harder than at sites like Pulsz, and I could only collect my prize in crypto.
Vegas Gems Customer Support Options
Vegas Gems’s live chat service is the easiest way to receive support. You can open it at any time using the left-hand menu.
The site warns that responses may take up to 24 hours, but I received a reply in under five minutes during testing. The support manager, Connor, was super friendly and efficient.
Vegas Gems has a small FAQ page, but this needs to be more detailed. I’d always recommend checking this before getting in touch, but 90% of the time, the live chat service will be your best choice. Chumba and DingDingDing offer better FAQ helpdesks.
Vegas Gems Casino Pros & Cons
Vegas Gems offers a distinctly modern take on the social casino model, featuring engaging daily prize chests that deliver a fresh surprise to players every 24 hours. The platform excels at player communication through its highly responsive live chat support and offers a unique library of specialty titles like Crash and Coinflip that provide a welcome break from standard slot reels. However, the experience is currently held back by the lack of a native mobile app and the absence of traditional table games like blackjack or roulette. Additionally, reliance on cryptocurrency for redemptions may be a hurdle for those who prefer the bank transfer or gift card flexibility offered by sites like Pulsz.
Vegas Gems Pros
- Daily prize chests: Receiving a different login bonus every day adds to the excitement.
- Responsive live chat: The Vegas Gems support team replies to my queries in minutes.
- Unique games: Play Crash, Mines, and Coinflip titles to shake up your usual gameplay.
Vegas Gems Cons
- Mobile app: Introducing a downloadable app for iOS and Android would keep Vegas Gems up to speed with Crown Coins.
- Crypto-only redemptions: I’d love to see the option to redeem Gems via bank transfer or gift cards, like Pulsz Casino.
- No table games: Vegas Gems only has slots and variety games right now.
Final Verdict: Is Vegas Gems Worth Signing Up For?
Vegas Gems has a few genuinely appealing pieces, a straightforward two-part welcome offer, a steady rotation of daily prize chests, and a live chat team that answered quickly in our testing, but it’s still a newer, smaller operator that hasn’t built the redemption speed or game variety track record we look for before adding a site to our recommended list. Here’s what actually stands out once you dig past the welcome offer.
- 🎁 Two-Part Welcome Offer: New players get a shot at up to 1,000 bonus Gems from the welcome chest plus 50% off their first Shards purchase with code VEGASGEMS, a low-pressure way to try the platform before spending real money.
- 📅 Daily Prize Chests: A fresh chest unlocks every 24 hours with a chance at up to 1,000 free Gems, giving you a reason to check back even if you never make a purchase.
- 💬 Responsive Live Chat: Our testing clocked live chat responses in under five minutes, a genuine bright spot on a site whose FAQ section still needs fleshing out.
- 🎰 A Focused, if Thin, Game Library: Over 700 slots and specialty titles like Crash, Mines, and Coinflip from providers such as Ruby Play, 3 Oaks Gaming, and Evoplay give casual players plenty to click through, though the lack of table games or live dealer options leaves it behind sweeps sites built for depth.
- ⚠️ Redemption Still Has Rough Edges: Cashing out means crypto only, with no bank transfer or gift card options, and Vegas Gems hasn’t yet built the redemption-speed track record that would put it in our recommended lineup.
How We Rate and Review Sweepstakes Casinos
Vegas Gems leans on a few distinctive claims: redemptions that run exclusively through crypto, a Rakeback feature that promises money back on what you’ve spent, no native app despite a full mobile-optimized site, and a support window advertised at up to 24 hours. We tested each of those directly instead of repeating the marketing.
- Crypto-Only Redemption Verification | We confirmed Gems and Shards really do redeem exclusively through Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Ripple, with no bank transfer or gift card option standing in as a backup.
- Rakeback Mechanics Check | We tested how the Rakeback feature actually returns a share of spent Gems and Shards, rather than treating it as a marketing label with no real payout behind it.
- Mobile Experience Without a Native App | Since Vegas Gems skips a dedicated app, we spent real time on the mobile-optimized site itself to see whether that trade-off costs players anything in practice.
- Support Response Time Reality Check | The stated live chat window runs up to a full day, so we reached out ourselves to see how that compares to what actually happens.
- Redemption Floor and Playthrough Confirmation | We verified the 100 Gem minimum redemption and the 1x playthrough requirement apply the way the terms describe, rather than assuming the lightest-sounding number in the fine print.
- Loyalty Chest Value Check | We looked at how the Bejeweled Chests tied to purchase amounts actually compare to a straightforward deposit bonus, since rewards here are gated behind spending rather than free to earn.
Vegas Gems markets itself on a handful of specific promises, and those are exactly the promises we put to the test before any rating goes on this page. The full standard behind that testing sits behind how we rate and review online gambling sites.
