Do I Need a LuckyBird Promo Code?
No, LuckyBird doesn’t require a promo code to claim the bonus. I was able to sign on and earn all aspects of the welcome bonus without entering a bonus code. Instead, LuckyBird had me complete various “tasks” to claim elements of the bonus.

I tested as many of LuckyBird’s promotions as I could. Here are a few of the best.
- Faucet: when my balance reached zero, I used the Faucet to replenish some Coins and keep playing. More active players (via chat, sharing, and purchasing) get higher amounts from the faucet.
- Daily Bonus: claim 2,000 GC and 0.2 SC each day. The bonus increases as you level up in the VIP program.
- Tournaments and prize pools: Climbing the leaderboard in a progressive prize pool competition gave me a chance to earn big prizes, up to 1,000 SC.
- Coin Drops: If you can dare brave the off-the-rails LuckyBird chat, you might find occasional Coin Drops from other players. I was able to claim a few, but they go fast.
- Chests: buy chests with GC and open them to get special rewards like SC, more GC, and more.
The only downside to LuckyBird’s promotions is how scattered they are throughout the site. Chests are their own section. “Promotions” takes you to leaderboards. The Faucet is its own category. It would be nice to have all of these options laid out in one place for easier redemption of the promos.

LuckyBird has a VIP program simply called “VIP,” which I accessed from the account dropdown menu. It’s somewhat limiting in that you can only level up by playing with Sweepstake Cash. In other words, you won’t go up in level if you play for fun using only Gold Coins.

After spending some time with LuckyBird Casino, I found a few hitches in the experience that made the outing less enjoyable. In fact, I’d say this was my least favorite aspect of LuckyBird even though there is plenty the site does right.
Let’s start with the good. If you’re here to play games, that’s what LuckyBird does best. The homepage is chock-full of colorful thumbnails that showcase games front and center. The look here is cohesive, and the game images pop as I’d expect from a site like LuclyBird. Games load fast, and players can categorize them, using the menu on the left-hand side.
On the other hand, LuckyBird has some obstacles I couldn’t get over as I played at the site. For example, the left-hand menu can be expanded to show text describing all of the options. When I clicked on one of those options, the menu then hid itself again, only showing the icons. It was annoying to re-open it every time. Further, LuckyBird has all of its promotions in wildly different places. The VIP option was on my account page.
The Faucet was its own category. Promotions only opened one tournament. There’s no centralized place for promotions. Finally, the site is littered with random words and weird typos that don’t make much sense. For example, there’s a link in the VIP window that just says “Rule.” It’s easy enough to see that it means “Rules” (and it did indeed take me to the rules of the VIP club), but it shows a lack of polish, and similar issues are prevalent throughout the site.
LuckyBird App
LuckyBird doesn’t have a mobile app. Instead, you can play via mobile browser, which functions essentially like an app. You can add the LuckyBird site to your home screen and make it appear like an app with an icon if that’s your style.
I encountered an issue when I first signed on via mobile. LuckyBird sent a code to my email to confirm my identity, and the site didn’t take it at first. I tried a few more times to no avail. After trying a new code, I was able to log in.
The LuckyBIrd mobile site functions well and is clearly optimized for mobile devices. I had no problems navigating the site on my iPhone, minus the same issues I described in the section above.

LuckyBird has two versions of Roulette: solo and multi. Solo plays on a single wheel with one green 0 space. Multi Roulette allows up to five players per virtual table.
Video poker and Blackjack are the other two options. All of these table games are by the LuckyBird studio, so they’re original takes on the games. The graphics and animations are bare bones, but the games are fun enough. It would be great to see more flair in these titles or even the addition of versions by separate developers to add some spice to the mix.
Live Dealer Games
Live dealer games are completely absent from LuckyBird Casino, which is a big miss. Other sites, such as High 5, offer live dealers.
Variety Games
LuckyBird has a handful of original games that fall into the “variety” category. Dice, Limbo, Crash, Plinko, Mines, and Tower are among them. These are fun side options that have a distinct feel from slots or table games but still fit neatly into the casino style of the site.

Redeeming Prizes at LuckyBird
LuckyBird allows redemptions after you’ve played with your Sweepstake Cash at least once. You can request a redemption when you have 30 redeemable SC or more. All the same cryptocurrencies above are accepted for redemptions. Redemptions process instantly in most cases, but note that LuckyBird charges a small percentage of your redemption to process it. The fee is based on the current value of the coin you choose. At the time of this writing, it was 0.00005 Bitcoin or .0005 Litecoin, for example.
LuckyBird Customer Support Options
LuckyBird customer service is powered by Intercom. The live chat window opens a search bar with popular categories, such as Transaction History, how to verify an account, and more. IT also says, “The team can help if needed” but provides little detail on how to reach them. When I clicked “messages,” a window popped up that said “Messages from the team will be shown here” but had no field in which to type in a question or issue. The most I could do at LuckyBird was search the mediocre FAQ for help.
