The nice thing about the bonus is that it’s easy to claim. For me, it appeared in a pop-up window as soon as I logged on with a clear-as-day button that said “Claim now.” I clicked it and received the bonus immediately.
Other promotions at Wild World appear to be non-existent. I clicked the “Refer and Earn” item on the left navigation menu, and it took me to a page saying “Referred Players” with a referral URL I could presumably share with others. Below that, it said, “Sorry, no records found.” Nowhere at all does the site say what the referral bonus is or how you can qualify for it.

There are also countless typos and weird phrasing errors on the site, which immediately made me pause and think about whether Wild World was worth my time.
Other issues include the menus and navigation. The hamburger menu on the top right of the page opens a menu on the left side of the screen. It’s not the end of the world, but all the sweepstakes casinos I recommend don’t make such silly UI errors while Wild World does.

Wild World requires identity verification with a photo ID, proof of address, and bank statement before you can request a redemption. You can complete this step whenever you want, but it must be done before redeeming SC.

Let’s look at them in that order, starting with the FAQ. Outside of a few odd typos and weird turns of phrase, the FAQ is actually pretty good (you might be able to tell I did not expect this). It has detailed answers to common questions, all of which are acceptable without visiting a separate webpage for the database.
Next, I tried the email form, which had fields for my name, phone number, email, subject, and message. I submitted the form and included a message asking about redemptions; Wild World responded within 48 hours answering my inquiry.
Finally, I tried live chat but received an automated text message in the window saying no operators were available and to try email instead.
The FAQ is solid, but the other options have the “bare minimum” feel. Even though some sites hide their live chat behind purchases (McLuck and Pulsz, for example), their customer service is still high quality.
