Crown Coins is doubling down on its promotional minigames with Pops!, its second new offering in the span of two months. This is a tiered, mission-based promotion running for three days, with 1,000 Sweeps Coins or more for players who make it all the way through.

It’s also a sweeps-only promotion. Although you can pick up some Crown Coins along the way, you’ll need to have some Sweeps Coins (SCs) on hand in order to participate. Some of the challenges also require a purchase.

The concept of Pops is simple: earn colored balloons between now and April 6. Pop each balloon to receive a random amount of SCs. Pop all nine colors and you’ll earn the Grand Reward, which consists of 20 million Crown Coins, 1,000 SCs, and one final pop that could be worth up to 2,400 SCs more.

You’ll find the balloons scattered throughout the site’s Daily Missions, Crown Races, and Special Offers.

The missions start simple, but with that many Sweeps up top, you can expect that they’ll get harder as you go. My Weekend Missions start with just 5 spins on Giga Match Bunny in exchange for a red balloon that I’m told could hide as much as 50 SCs.

In between those random balloon pops are missions with fixed rewards, starting at 4,000 CCs and 0.2 SC.

You can also get the Green, Yellow and Purple balloons out of the way with a $59.99 purchase. That bundle gets you the usual 1.2 million CCs and 60 free SCs, but also a daily pop worth up to 400 SC.

Crown Coins’ gleeful destruction continues

Between last month’s Hall of Fortune and now Pops!, we’re beginning to wonder what Crown Coins’ marketing department has against inanimate objects. These minigames are slowly turning the site into the sweepstakes casino equivalent of a rage room.

Hall of Fortune tasked you with collecting Hammers and running to the minigame to use them to smash delicate tiles. After pounding the grid into dust, you’d find some valuable prize hiding underneath.

Although Hall of Fortune was a limited-time offer, Crown Coins has already brought it back once in the final two days of March. It’s bound to make more reappearance down the road, and we expect the same from Pops.

The only question is: What’s next? Maybe next month Crown Coins will have us shooting glass bottles with a slingshot, or blasting rocks with dynamite.
