FanDuel Strikes Partnership With Carolina Panthers One Week Before NC Sports Betting Launch

A landmark deal has been struck in North Carolina. FanDuel, one of the nation’s biggest sports betting companies, has partnered with the Carolina Panthers.

FanDuel-Carolina Panthers Partnership Details

The multi-year partnership makes FanDuel the Official Sports Betting Partner of the Carolina Panthers.

Mike Raffensperger, Chief Commercial Officer of FanDuel, said:

Bringing FanDuel to sports fans across North Carolina is an important moment for our business, and we are thrilled to be able to work with the Carolina Panthers to introduce their fanbase to America’s #1 Sportsbook. We look forward to supporting the team next season and to engaging the passionate sports fans across North Carolina with our product.”

In celebration of the partnership, FanDuel TV will have a special broadcast of “Up & Adams” on March 6. Guests will include members of the Panthers franchise.

Carolina Panthers president Kristi Coleman said:

“We are thrilled to welcome FanDuel as an Official Sports Betting Partner. As we look ahead to the 2024 season, we’re excited about the opportunities this partnership presents to deliver unique and engaging experiences to our fans while they are in North Carolina.”

FanDuel Is Gearing up for North Carolina

North Carolina sports betting goes live on March 11 at 12 p.m. ET. FanDuel is expected to be among the first sportsbooks to launch that day. In preparation for the highly-anticipated launch, FanDuel is offering early-bird registrants $100 in bonus bets. Sign up ahead of the March 11 launch to get the bonus bets.

Additionally, new NC bettors who place their first wager of $5 or more once the sportsbook is live will get $200 in bonus bets. Combined with the pre-launch offer, that’s up to $300 in bonus bets for North Carolina sports betting enthusiasts.

FanDuel already had market access to North Carolina when they partnered with the PGA Tour last December. NC law requires that a sportsbook partners with a professional sports organization, and FanDuel received its license at the end of February.
