Carolina Panthers Playoff Odds for 2024-2025 NFL Season

NFL free agency is underway, and some big names have already left the board. Now is an excellent time to look at NFL futures, especially the odds of making the playoffs. Here, we will check in on the team with the worst record in football last season as we break down the Carolina Panthers playoff odds.

As expected, oddsmakers do not favorably project the Panthers entering the 2024-2025 NFL season. While they have done a nice job addressing some needs during free agency, this is still not a great team, as their odds of making the playoffs indicate.

Still, this should be a much-improved roster. Here, we will break down the Panthers’ odds to make the postseason and see if there is a worthwhile betting angle for new bettors in North Carolina.

Carolina Panthers 2024 Preview

The NFL Draft has not even begun yet, and we are still in the infancy stages of free agency. There is no telling what this roster will look like during summer ball, but the Panthers have already significantly improved their positions of need.

Carolina has signed two offensive guards to big-time money, Robert Hunt and Damien Lewis. The Panthers have also added a few weapons to the skill room, most notably trading for Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Diontae Johnson.

This should be enough to give former No. 1 overall pick Bryce Young a slight bump in production from a historically terrible rookie season. However, outside of Johnson and Adam Thielen, there is not a lot of career production in the receiver room.

They will be bringing back leading rusher Chuba Hubbard as well as Miles Sanders. Despite not having a first-round pick in this year’s draft, the Panthers will have plenty of top draft picks to play with, so don’t be surprised if they bring in some young skill players for Young to work with.

If not, they also need some help on defense, as they finally parted ways with Brian Burns and four other defensive starters.

How to Bet on Carolina Panthers Odds to Make Playoffs

The Panthers are trending in a positive direction. It was clear from the start that head coach Frank Reich was not the man for the job last year, and his spread offense would not work with this roster.

Although they are improved, their odds of making the playoffs are not favorable for a reason. There is still a lot of development and roster building left for the Panthers to get back into playoff contention.

However, if you want to bet on the Carolina Panthers playoff odds, a few sportsbooks are ready to accept your wagers. FanDuel North Carolina and BetMGM North Carolina offer odds for the Panthers to make the playoffs.

If you feel good about your favorite team this season, head to your sportsbook app and select the NFL odds page. From there, check out the top of the screen to see the ‘futures tab,’ which will have all NFL futures bets available, including odds to make the NFL playoffs.

At this price, we will stay away from Carolina’s playoff odds. But you can get a nice chunk of change by betting on them to go to the postseason at this number.
