If you thought the only way to mix gambling and gourmet food was a sketchy buffet at a downtown casino, Fanatics Sportsbook is here to change your mind. The company just fired up the grill for a new series, “Cookin’ Up Parlays,” featuring the legendary Action Bronson.

Launched March 17, 2026, the show is part cooking class and part betting slip. According to Michael Fitzsimmons, senior vice president of brand marketing at Fanatics Sportsbook, sports and food go hand in hand, making this a “magnetic pair” for fans.

“Cookin’ Up Parlays lives at the intersection of what sports fans love: great food, great conversation, and great bets,” Fitzsimmons said in a Fanatics press release.

“Action Bronson has built a cultural universe around food, sports, and interesting stories. This series captures that energy perfectly. It’s entertaining, it’s unpredictable, and it gives fans a chance to connect with the show’s guests in a casual format. We wanted them to feel like they’re in the kitchen.”

The chef is in the building

Many agree that Bronson is the only man alive who can discuss a dry-aged ribeye and a three-point spread while keeping the audience equally engaged in both. As a former professional chef turned global rap star and the face of Fck, That’s Delicious*, he brings a “don’t overthink it” energy to the kitchen.

“I don’t gamble with my cooking, but now I talk about gambling with legends while cooking thanks to Fanatics Sportsbook,” Bronson said.

In each episode, Bronson and his guests cook; every ingredient they toss into the pan corresponds to a specific leg of a parlay bet they are building on the fly. It is a live-action look at how these celebrities actually think about the games they love.

Once the cooking is finished and the plate looks perfect, the action moves to the user’s phone. That exact custom parlay goes live instantly in the Fanatics Sportsbook app. Users don’t have to hunt for the picks; they can simply “tail the plate” and ride along with the guest’s intuition.

Who’s stirring the pot?

The five-part series officially debuted Tuesday, March 17, and will be a regular fixture on social feeds. A fresh installment will drop every other week across all primary Fanatics Sportsbook digital channels.

The premiere featured NBA champion and media personality, Kendrick Perkins. The remaining guest list for the five-episode run includes:

  • Lil Yachty and Paul Wall, bringing Southern flavor.

  • Gary Payton, seeing if “The Glove” can handle a spatula.

  • Dominick Cruz, trading the MMA cage for the kitchen counter.

  • Moses the Jeweler and Greg Yuna, adding NYC shine to the menu.

New episodes hit YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok every two weeks. Fans can watch the full 15-minute segments on YouTube or catch highlights on social media. Just make sure you don’t burn the steak while checking the sportsbook odds.
