While the Houston Texans may not have an entertaining season ahead of them, the team has been successful at making business deals. On Thursday “the other NFL team in Texas” signed an agreement that names Caesars Entertainment as their official casino partner, effective at the start of the upcoming 2021 season.
Fans of the Texans will be able to take advantage of several opportunities as a result, including a chance to enjoy a game at NRG Stadium from the comforts of a luxury suite.
“Caesars Entertainment is committed to expanding relationships with leagues and professional sports teams, and we’re thrilled to team up with the Houston Texans,” said Chris Holdren, Co-President of Caesars Digital. “We look forward to creating extraordinary experiences for Texans fans by doing what we do best, leveraging Caesars Entertainment’s vast portfolio of casino, hospitality, entertainment, and sports expertise.”
Partnership Details
The popular Caesars Rewards loyalty program will get in on the action now that Caesars is partnered with the Texans. The program will sponsor “Schedule Pick ‘Em” a free-to-play game that will be promoted via the Texans official team mobile app. Winners of the pick ’em game will have a shot at earning exclusive prizes including a paid trip to a Caesars Entertainment destination property, and NFL tickets.
Under terms of the deal, at each Texans home game at NRG Stadium, one season ticket holder will be chosen for a chance to win an all-inclusive trip to Las Vegas, as guests of Caesars Entertainment. Adding spice to the promotion, each time the Texans score points, the chances for a season ticket holder to win will increase.
As is usual under these partnership deals, Caesars and Caesars Rewards will also be included in the marketing and promotional channels by the Texans and the NFL, and have opportunities for signage at the stadium.
