BetMGM announced the launch of Blueprint Gaming’s House of the Dragon online slot in Alberta and Ontario on Tuesday.

The game has an initial six-week exclusive window at BetMGM in those two Canadian provinces.

A New Dragon’s Wheel Feature

Inspired by the HBO Original series, the slot introduces a Dragon’s Wheel feature. According to the announcement, it builds on the Collect model used in Blueprint Gaming’s portfolio.

The game also includes Dance of the Dragon Spins, Dragon Egg enhancements, Dragon’s Chest, Dragon’s Fire and Dragon’s Lock.

“House of the Dragon offers us an exciting opportunity to build on our experience of creating games around some of the world’s most recognizable entertainment franchises,” said Charlie Jacka, product director at Blueprint Gaming.

BetMGM said the launch supports its strategy of securing high-profile, differentiated content for online casino customers and strengthens its relationship with Blueprint.

Following Game of Thrones In Canada

The release follows BetMGM’s exclusive launch of Game of Thrones in Ontario in April, followed by Alberta after regulated iGaming launched there in July.

The release also cited Eilers & Krejcik Gaming as ranking Game of Thrones among Canada’s top-performing new online casino game launches.
