Fanatics Sports & Casino says its FAIR PLAY Max pledge provides automatic, no-fee injury protection for eligible NFL and NBA player props all season.
The key distinction: injuries before halftime trigger a void, while injuries after halftime return the stake as FanCash once the game ends. FanCash can be used across the Fanatics ecosystem, including merchandise, trading cards, game tickets, Lids and bets.
Fanatics announced the pledge in an Monday release, saying coverage extends across all four quarters of every NFL and NBA game.
How Fanatics’ full-game protection works
According to Fanatics, FAIR PLAY Max applies automatically to every eligible player prop bet, without a separate protection fee. The company says the pledge is available to every customer throughout the season, subject to eligibility terms.
For a covered single bet, Fanatics says the stake is returned. For a parlay, the remaining legs continue when a player leaves injured and does not return.
“At Fanatics, everything we build starts with making the fan experience better,” said Ted Moss, president of sportsbook at Fanatics Betting and Gaming.
Fanatics first player injury protection program in 2024. It also claims to be the only sports betting operator guaranteeing full-game player prop protection at no charge for the entire season. Those industry-first and exclusivity claims are the company’s assertions.
