BetMGM, in partnership with Jogo Global and Banijay Rights, has secured exclusive rights to launch “Survivor”-branded casino games to mark the series’ historic 50th season. The first titles debuted this week, with “Survivor Triple Challenge” and “Survivor – Outwit, Outplay, Outlast” now available on BetMGM’s real-money online casino platform.
The ‘Survivor’ partnership
The partnership includes 10 co-created online slots scheduled for release throughout March.
In a press release, Oliver Bartlett, BetMGM vice president of gaming, highlighted the importance of the collaboration as the landmark series enters a milestone year.
“’Survivor’ is one of the most successful reality franchises in television history, Bartlett said.
“Bringing exclusive ‘Survivor’ content to our players underscores BetMGM’s commitment to building a legendary powerhouse of entertainment. The show’s instantly recognizable brand and competitive spirit make ‘Survivor’ a pillar in our growing portfolio of exclusive content.”
BetMGM’s expanding digital ecosystem
Since launching in 2020, BetMGM has expanded its iGaming portfolio to more than 7,000 titles across North American markets. Its jackpot network currently features more than 25 games, including “MGM Grand Millions,” “Bison Fury” and “15 Lanterns.” Players earn BetMGM Rewards points and tier credits through casino gameplay.
Mark Woollard, senior vice president of gaming and gambling at Banijay Rights, remarked on the trio’s effort to bring the “Survivor” IP to the platform.
“Jogo is a trusted global partner of Banijay Rights with multiple licenses from our catalogue, so it’s fantastic that they’ve partnered with BetMGM for the North American release of our ‘Survivor’ IP content,” Woollard said in a BetMGM press release. “With the 50th season of ‘Survivor’ airing this year, we are looking forward to fans finally being able to engage with ‘Survivor’ casino content.”
Survivor 50th season finale timeline
The 50th season of “Survivor” premiered on Wednesday, Feb. 25, and will culminate in May with a live season finale.
