BetMGM’s latest business update offers a fresh read on casino market share and profitability in North American online gambling. The company said disciplined execution, exclusive gaming content, and an enhanced sportsbook helped support growth across both sports betting and online casino.
For the first nine months of 2026, BetMGM reported total net revenue of $2.116 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $185 million.

Within that total revenue growth of 7%, online casino net revenue grew 6% to $483 million while sports betting net revenue rose 7% to $216 million.
Average monthly actives were 878,000 in the quarter, down 3% year over year.
CEO Adam Greenblatt said the company “delivered a strong Q3” and continues to “execute with discipline and generate profitable growth.” He also said BetMGM’s product is “stronger than it’s ever been,” citing improvements to speed, stability, and responsiveness ahead of football season.
Market share and product mix remain central
BetMGM said it holds a 14% gross gaming revenue market share across active markets, including 20% in iGaming and 8% in online sports.
The update also pointed to iGaming as a core strength. Greenblatt said BetMGM has continued to prioritize its iGaming franchise while staying operationally nimble in a highly competitive environment.
Outside the U.S., BetMGM said its multi-product launch in Alberta showed per-player metrics trending higher than its Ontario launch.
Full-year guidance stays in place
BetMGM reiterated its FY 2026 guidance for net revenue of $2.9 billion to $3.1 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $300 million to $350 million. The company said it remains on track to deliver toward the lower end of those ranges.
The business update also showed Q3 2026 cash to parents of $68 million, made up of $18 million in parent fees and $50 million distributed to Entain and MGM Resorts.
