If you’ve been hunting for a new sweeps casino to try, you may have seen some familiar faces gracing the sites and social media feeds. Sweepstakes and social casinos are bringing on celebrity brand ambassadors more than ever before, and many of the names are of the household variety. Who, exactly, are the biggest celebrity ambassadors to sweepstakes casinos? And just how much of them can you expect to see when you sign on to the associated online casino? Let’s find out.
Paris Hilton—WOW Vegas
WOW Vegas already had a chokehold on the “promotions for existing players” market, and it only upped its game with the addition of Paris Hilton as a brand ambassador. As Paris herself might say, “That’s hot.” You’ll see Paris Hilton on all sorts of WOW Vegas in-game ads for promotions, from the daily login bonus to special purchase discounts.
Paris also has a dedicated section on the WOW Vegas main menu. Clicking “Paris x WOW Vegas” opens a page with videos of Paris talking about WOW Vegas, social media posts about the sweepstakes sites, and special promotions.
Michael Phelps—Global Poker
Michael Phelps decided to make a new kind of splash last year when he joined forces with VGW’s Global Poker. He headlined Global Poker’s Celebrity Challenge in late 2024, joined by celebrity players such as DJ Khaled.
Now, Michael Phelps appears in occasional promo materials for Global Poker. He’s featured on the homepage carousel, which advertises the Sunday Eleven promotions.
Compared to other celebrity ambassadors of sweepstakes casinos, Phelps isn’t all that present at Global Poker. You can expect to see his face once in a while, but he’s far from ubiquitous on the site.
Ryan Seacrest—Chumba Casino
You may know him for hosting American Idol or his new tenure as the Wheel of Fortune host, but Ryan Seacrest has a side gig as a brand ambassador for VGW’s Chumba Casino.
I logged into my Chumba account in search of Seacrest and found…nothing. Instead, Seacrest’s outings with Chumba appear to be geared toward new sign-ups rather than existing players. One page on Chumba’s website features a quick video of Seacrest plugging the site.
Beyond this quick appearance, you won’t find much Ryan Seacrest elsewhere on Chumba Casino.
Drake—Stake.us
Move aside, music! Carry on, Degrassi! Drake has a new gig, and it’s a whopping $100 million/year deal with cryptocurrency sweepstakes site Stake.us. Drake appears frequently in Stake.us promotions and deals.
On its dedicated Drake webpage, Stake.us explains that livestream giveaways are on the way, offering players a “chance to win big along side Drake.” It’s unclear exactly what Drake’s involvement in the streams will be.
Amouranth—PlayFame
While not exactly a household name, Amouranth is well-known within her niche. She’s famous as a gaming and ASMR streamer, formerly on Twitch and more recently on Kick. Since her switch to that new site, she has partnered with PlayFame social casino to become a brand ambassador. Oddly enough, however, Kick is owned by the founders of Stake.us. That hasn’t stopped Amouranth from throwing her hat into PlayFame’s ring, though.
While Amouranth promotes the site on Kick, she doesn’t appear much on PlayFame itself. A quick perusal of the site’s various sections yielded exactly zero Amouranth sightings.
