Basketball fans and bettors have been anticipating the start of March Madness all season. From watching some of the favorites like UConn dominate all year to cheering for underdogs like Samford to make it into the Big Dance, it’s all one big, exciting celebration.
Here are the odds to reach the Final Four among the top sportsbook apps available. You can also search for a team to view their specific odds. Click on the odds you like most and begin the signup process to place your bet.
However, only four teams are honored to be the last group standing. What do the March Madness odds say about the squads making it into this year’s Final Four? Let’s dive into it. We also have the best live odds available as the tournament progresses.
East Region
Let’s start first with the favorite, UConn. The Huskies trot into the tournament at the top of the oddsboard at +360 to cut down the final net. With a 31-3 overall record and a No. 1 overall seed, is this tournament UConn’s for the taking?
Well, even if you’re not sold on the Huskies winning it all, their odds to make the Final Four are probably worth a wager.
At BetMGM Sportsbook, UConn is a heavy favorite in making the Final Four at -120. It’s also probably important to note that Huskie elite Tristen Newton is not only one of the best guards in the nation, but he was recently named a first-team All-American for his dynamic play. Newton’s 15.2 points and 6.0 assists per game are a team-best, and he’s a large part of the reason UConn has had success so far.
We expect UConn to breeze past No. 16-seed Stetson in the first round and perhaps have a tougher time once it gets down to the Elite Eight. But the Huskies at -120 for a Final Four appearance is a bet we like.

West Region
Let’s talk about the “Wild, Wild West.” This side of the bracket has No. 1 UNC — which new North Carolina bettors are probably enthusiastic about. It also has a hungry Arizona Wildcats team at No. 2. Let’s not forget about the Saint Mary’s Gaels at No. 5 — a squad that could end up being this tournament’s team to fear.

So, who do we like when it comes to betting on some ballers out of the West to lock in a Final Four spot?
“Alex, give us Alabama for +800 at BetMGM.”
The Crimson Tide’s first challenge will be Charleston on Friday. At 27-7, the Cougars are a 13th seed but could still take the Tide down to the wire. Charleston has a not-so-secret interior defensive weapon in Ante Brzovic, and the Cougars have also proven they can put up points.
If Bama can get by a rowdy Cougars team in Round 1, we like the Tide’s chances of getting into the Final Four.

Midwest Region
“This ain’t Texas,” or is it?
If you’re looking for a chance to hold back on Texas, go ahead and lay your cards down because we think the Longhorns +2000 at FanDuel Sportsbook to come out of the Midwest bracket could have some value.
If you look at the KenPom projections for UT’s Round 1 game against Colorado State, you find it’s virtually a pick ‘em. Currently, at FanDuel, the Horns are slight 2.5-point favorites. With this in mind, Texas’ first rodeo this year will likely be tough. But if Burnt Orange can get past State, we like their long odds to make the Final Four.
Texas boasts one of the sport’s best guards in Max Abmas. The 6-foot graduate student is averaging a team-best 17.1 points per game and notched his 3,000th point this season, making him the 12th Division I player to do so.
There are certainly safer wagers to make, but we like the price. Texas +2000 to be one of the last four standing.
Best Live Odds:
South Region
We already tipped our hats to Texas. But we’ve got one more nod for the Lone Star State with our pick out of the South Region to make it to the Final Four. And that’s Houston.
At BetMGM, Houston’s current odds to snag a Final Four spot are +125. And here’s why those odds are as short as they are:
One of Houston’s brightest spots is Jamal Shead, the 6-foot-1 senior who was just named an AP first-team All-American. He’s averaging 13.1 points and 6.2 assists per matchup. Additionally, the Cougars have proven that they’re defensively exceptional (best scoring defense in the country) and can play physical ball with any opponent.
Yes, they got embarrassed by Iowa State in the Big 12 title game, but they’ll certainly bounce back against Longwood Friday night — a game in which Houston is favored by 24 points.
We respectfully acknowledge the gauntlet that is the South Region and give our regards to Duke, Texas Tech, and Marquette. But Houston has our hearts at +125 to break out of this bracket.
