A pair of online sportsbooks posted positive numbers this past month. Harrah’s Caesars affiliate more than doubled its revenue, while Oceans’ online sportsbook revenue rose by 274.2%.

Year-over-year numbers were down, too. The DGE reported that total revenue from online and retail sportsbooks fell 16% from October 2023 to $77.5 million this past month.

However, year-to-date revenue is strong in 2024. Through October, total sports wagering gross revenue came in at $912.8 million, up 13.9% from the $801.3 million generated at this point last year.

Total revenue should surpass $1 billion this year, as online and retail sportsbooks need just over $87 million over the next two months to make it happen.

Total casino revenue ticks up year over year
